I purchased staff from KanacasSecret.com. A sum of $58 was immediately charged from my bank account and I was full of happiness. I used to wait for a week as they promised. In fact two months have gone and I still got nothing. I tried to contact their customer service and they didn’t answer.

I purchased staff from KanacasSecret.com, a sum of $ 104 was immediately charged from my bank account. Two months have gone and I still got nothing. They said to check the location of the package in the mail and will inform me, but they did not return with an answer yet. It's obvious they stole my money. Do not buy from them, you are throwing your money !

I have placed an ordered for my clothers and they straight away deducted my money almost 3 month, i didnt receive my clothes and I spend USD 500.
I tried to emails and calls no one reply my emails n calls.

At last after about 90 days the package arrived but with different items. I no longer have the power to write to the seller and complain. Packages usually arrive from China to Israel within 12 to 35 days.
