Sadly I've had no issues with Kairos until I moved out. They refuse to read over emails and take in all the information regarding my dispute.
carpets and paint being my two biggest charges and minor stuff that at this rate I don't mind paying do to fear of going to collections
Carpet was uprooted and had clear urine stains before I moved in and provided pictures. their response was that the carpet looked saturated, which it did because it had just been professorially cleaned which is something they made me pay for and I provided the receipt for. They denied me for wet carpets that they made me go out and have cleaned and are using this as terms for denial.
Paint and dry wall is also being charged as well but they haven't provided me with pictures of any kinds and even in my move out pictures which were taken less then 24 hours before their property manager got there to do his pictures. I stated wet paint multiple times as I did touch up paint which was based on what was left over and it was a color match. I painted and touched up the house. They base charging me over 2100 + $ on old paint with normal wear and tear to fresh not yet set or dry paint which is again insane. They take weeks to respond and have only responded after I contact them asking for answers. Because I'm contacted daily on an unjust overdue balance. The only thing they uncharged me for was the gate and that had little evidence compared to what I've provided for drywall and carpet.
I had no problem with them up until this point and its very upsetting to have had such a good relationship to be treated like this. Getting penny pinch on a property that wasn't even cleaned when a moved in. The cleaning guy showed up a week later after we cleaned and were almost moved in.
I hope we can resolve these issues moving forward.
