My husband ordered shoes from this company, the company sent them in the wrong size. I sent the original order as well as photos of the shoe that I received. I reached out to customer service and received 2 emails one that said we have received your request and another saying let us know if we can help with anything else??? I never asked for my money back. I just asked for the shoe in the right size. This is ridiculous it was our mistake but it looks like we are paying for it. we order a 6 and got a 7.
