Jpay forces us to mail our tablets to them to be unlocked for our continued use outside of prison. First they gave me the wrong address making me waste $16 — . Then when I sent it to the correct address for another $16 — THEY STOLE THE TABLET! Sending me back nothing but a thumb drive!
I paid for that tablet and all the games and music on it, and they just stole it! This company is always doing scam artist crap like that!
What they will do is whip all my stuff off of it and sell it as new to another inmate!
I want my tablet with all the music and games and pictures on it! Or refund all the money I have spent.
Claimed loss: Stole my Jpay tablet to whip all my purchased music, games, along with my pictures, and mail to sell to a prisoner like it is new.
Desired outcome: Return tablet with ALL purchased download on it including pictures. Or a FULL refund.

With incarcerated individuals they have a captive clientele that they can treat any way they want. They out right steal millions every year! Prisoners and their families have no choice but to deal with them.
