I received an incorrect size ring and I contacted Jeulia support, attached pictures and asked for a replacement. They did not reply for a long period of time and no matter what I did I was not able to reach anyone.
They finally replied one month later and said that they were not able to help me because 30 days already passed. They said that they accepted return only within first 30 days. I want to make everything clear - I contacted them the same day I received the ring and they ignored me for over a month! They did that on purpose because they didn't want to refund me!! What a terrible scam!
This accident clearly showed who these guys really are and how do they treat their customers. Stay away from Jeulia!!

    Same thing happened to me and was not able to get it reversed by PayPal. I see many others with the same complaint. This is unethical and I don't understand how they are getting away with this!
