Did not receive ordered items
I placed an order on Dec. 9 and still to this day (Jan 9) have yet to see my order. My card was charged on the day of order. I have called and emailed several times with no responces.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

No product, no communication
To all those who have had a problem with the store at jeff dunham.com. . . There is relief people! I have been able to obtain a phone number at the actual warehouse that ships the stuff. I have even talked to an actual person. I told him that i received no confirmation emails etc, and he assured me that he would look it to it. He in fact was very surprised that i had not received any emails. The gentleman i talked to was named sergio. There is a contact number on the jeff dunham website but when you call that all you get is an answering machine. After a little digging i was able to find the phone number for the actual person and here it is folks. . . [protected]. Hope this helps! Ps - i placed my order on nov 18 and sergio told me they were waiting for peanut dolls to come in whichthey did today, so they were shipping out tons of orders today and tomorrow. . . Let me know how you all make out with the number i gave you.

I too place an order for a Peanut Doll on 11/22/08 totalling $50.45 received an order confirmation # and NO UPS tracking #.
I have attempted to contact the company both by email at storehelp@jeffdunham.com and the phone # listed on my credit card bill which is to a private home and the message in reference to a rental property.
Today, I sent an email to elaine@shockink.com who is in charge of public relations, in hopes that someone will respond.
I agree that this is very bad business and will have to follow up with BBB and credit card co (fraud) if no response if made.
Hang in there Peanut lovers hopefully we can get so resolution in time for Christmas.
My name is Alicia and I ordered a peanut doll and a achmed t shirt from the company on Nov. 21 2008 and never recieved confirmation. I then wanted to order another one for someone else and did so a day later. I got order confirmation and shipping details on that one. It should be here tomorrow. My credit card was charged for both orders and now I'm mad. I emailed them twice and did not get any info back. They do not have a phone number which is stupid and I mentioned that in the email. I will have to report this as a fraudgulent charge in my credit card.
I ordered from Jeff Dunham.com on Nov. 19, 2008...my credit card was charged for the order, but as of this date, 12/8/08, I have not received the merchandise.
On November 22, I ordered the Walter Doll and Peanut Doll for my family's Christmas surprise. Web site showed the items as available and not on back order. To date, I have not received the items or an e-mail advising shipping is delayed. They are nearly impossible to contact. There is no contact information on the store website. I have tried the phone number on my Visa statement and it is a private residence. I have tried two e-mail addresses from other people filing complaints and one was returned as undeliverable. I placed an order online and only received half the items listed. The shipping receipt stated that I received both items, when I had not. Nobody would respond via e-mail or phone.

I heard that Jeff's manager was opening a fan's site using a Facebook profile. They want to hear feedback from fans, customers...
Also, they said that they will be giving free tickets, dolls, and other prizes.
I also ordered from JeffDunham.com on Dec. 18, 2008 and have not received my product as of January 6, 2009. I have sent emails with no response and made numerous unanswered phone calls.
I am a bit frustrated. Not able to order a Peanut Doll from the Jeff Dunham website as they are not availabe, you would think they would have enough on hand. Also when going to the shows, you are not able to purchase any of the dolls there either. Only t-shirts available for $25 - what a rip!
I didn't give the Jeff Dunham Customer Service time to get back to me. I got a response within a day of my first contact and they are working with me to get my order through during this most busy time.
I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions after I read the websites and remarks. Give Jeff Dunham people a chance and they'll work with you.
Ordered $132 in items and never received
ordered Christmas presents on 10/21/08, was told in ad that it would be 14 days. Today is now 12/2/08.

Im kind of scared reading all of these complaints I ordered a little jeff and I got the email and everything with the shipping number and everything but reading these are worying me and I emailed the company and about 2 minutes later they responded so I dont know
After reading all of these complaints, I am a bit worried that I too may never receive my items. I placed an order on the 2nd Dec 2011 and they took the payment from my credit card on the 3rd. I never received any email informing me of my tracking number. I have sent 3 emails and had no response. I then phoned the company last night (I live in South Africa) and was told they would get back to me within a few hours. This never happened. It was 9:15pm here in SA so I couldn't exactly wait up all night for a return call. I think their service is totally disgusting and the same as the other complainants above, I will never place another order with this company.
I order a t shirt for brother I tought it never was going to be in on time for christmas, they never sent me tha email like the site promise with the tyracking # then it finally arrive but full of Coffee stains, the shipped it in a paper bag, some one spill coffee on the pakage and since it was paper bag it whent thru. the tshirt is white. I have been calling to order another one ship priority but they dont ever answer left 4 messages and 2 email. this is the last option, and that 10 group of friends and fam that I was putting togheter for his show in Florida is not going to happend ever again see one of his show

There has to be some kind of mistake with your order's. I have'nt ordered peanut yet because I don't have the money right now, but I do have in my posession Walter, Achmed and Bubba J. Sure there was a slight delay in the delivery of my item's due to a UPS mistake, but I recieved my items within a month's time. May I suggest in the future if you want to order on the internet, through the mail, over the phone, or on television for Christmas, please do so earlier in advance as these items may be very popular and in high demand at this time of year causing demand to far outweigh supply thus causing a very long delay in the delivery of said items. You can always put the item away for Christmas.
I placed an ordered through the Jeff Dunham store for two peanut dolls and I received them with no trouble. At first when I would go to view my account after ordered the dolls it said the order was still pending. Not understanding what this mint I went to the contact us section at the top of the page and clicked on it. There at the upper right hand corner was a number so I called it. They explained to me what had happened and told me they were sorry. They said I would receive my items in 4 to 5 business days and in 5 days I did. So I hate that everyone else writing in had a problem but I did not.
these complaints are funny, this would great fodder for new material- who's stupid enough to spend 10, 000 on peanut dolls? feed the hungry instead

Update...amazingly enough, 15 minutes after filing my suit with the Judge Judy show I received and email with Mr Dunham's management staff's phone number and I left a message outlining my disappointment. Today I received a full refund through my credit card company...so the system does work!
OH...do as I've done...I just filed a suit with Judge Judy...I encourage all people who have been ripped off like I haveto Drag Mr Dunham onto public television court perhaps we might hear something then...
also, surprisingly (can you hear the sarcasm) the phone number listed above is now "no longer valid"...
