JDate review: Members

Dear JDate Support,
I am writing to report what appears to be a fraudulent profile and suspicious activity on your platform.
I recently communicated with a person who presented herself as Jewish and appeared to be genuinely interested in getting to know me. During our conversations, she agreed to have a video call and requested my personal contact information so that we could continue communication outside of JDate.
After I provided my contact information, the individual immediately disappeared and ceased all communication. When I returned to JDate, I discovered that her profile was no longer available. In addition, our conversation history and profile access appeared to have vanished, making it impossible for me to review the details of our interactions.
This sequence of events raises serious concerns that the profile may have been fraudulent and that the individual may have been collecting personal contact information under false pretenses. As a paying member seeking genuine relationships within the Jewish community, I find this situation troubling and disappointing.
I would appreciate it if JDate could:
1. Investigate the account involved.
2. Determine whether the profile violated your Terms of Service.
3. Advise whether my personal information may have been compromised.
4. Explain why the profile disappeared immediately after contact information was exchanged.
5. Inform me of any steps I should take to protect myself from potential misuse of my information.

I believe it is important for JDate to maintain a safe environment for its members and to take prompt action when suspicious activity is reported.
