My husband and I invested approximately $75,000 with Jaymor Capital Canada Ltd. Like all the complaints listed on this site, we are in the same position. I have left numerous voice mails and emails over the last 3 years or more and no one responds. Now their phone number is disconnected. [protected].

I do not understand how the hell you could give them a 91% rating when they have defrauded over 400 people to the tune of $25M.

Any updates would be appreciated.

My name is Eileen and in March of 2013 I bought stock in Jaymor American Opportunity 1 Registered Capital Ltd. 6.50% Bonds in the amount of $14,455.00, with a stock buy fee of $75.00 and GST fee of $3.75.

Also Rodney bought in March of 2013 bought stock in Jaymor Capital Corp.Series A Bonds for $5,000.00. And in March of 2014 he also bought Jaymor Opportunity Fund Ltd. Series Convertible Redeemable Bonds in the amount of $15,000.00.

We were suppose to be paid out in full in November of 2019 or in March of 2020.

We have not been paid anything at all so we lost our initial investment amount.

In the year 2010 Mr David.Smith who helped me to invest 51695 .00 in Jaymor group told me I would be able to cash out when it is maturing June30 2015 But this never happened And Mr David Smith no longer working for Jaymor And there after Mr Phil Taup took over and helped us with updates of Jaymor investments And he too left this company Now the only way to contact this company is through e-mail I (Mr Appacudy Shan ) contacted them so many times But never got any reply It looks like I have lost all my money

Like others I have invested with Jaymor Group in 2013 and haven't heard anything about my investment since January 2021. I received my last distribution in 2015. I have tried to contact them, by phone, by email, but they are not responding. Raintree Financial, who distributed this fund, hasn't been able to contact them either.

If there is a legitimate effort to pursue a class action lawsuit, file a complaint with the Ontario Securities Commission, please let me know who to contact.

I have read many posts of all of you who have also experienced the same misfortune as my partner, and no one has a solid idea what can be done and feel hopeless that their investment is gone. I want to share a few options with you that my partner and I have been pursuing, and hope others will contact me if they wish to have justice served. I noticed that an individual posted something about launching a class action and provided an email address (and yes, I tried to contact it too), but this wasn't authentic.

As I work in the legal profession, primarily civil litigation, I am assisting my partner with his legal matter. We have recently contacted a Toronto law firm who specializes with class actions lawsuits, had a Zoom meeting a week ago, and they are willing to seriously consider taking this on if we have enough individuals who have valid claims against The Jaymor Group, Becksley Capital and Olympia Trust. I have gathered all of my partner’s documents, organized it and will forward to the law firm now.

I invested $10000. on Dec 20/2012 with Jaymor Diversified Limited Partnership III. The investment was to purchase multi family dwellings in the southern united states. The partnership was referred to as the Chelsea Park Limited Partnership. After the investment matures i was to recieve my initial investment back plus interest. i have recieved nothing.

Can anyone provide with any info on this company as they do not return calls and the email does not work.

I am a shareholder in this company. I have called this company many times - left my phone number etc.

We invested in this scheme a number of years ago, and have not received any return in 5 years. The bonds have now matured, but we cannot get any response from this company regarding redemption. It seems that we have lost our retirement.
From searching online it seems that this company has scammed many folks out of their hard earned money.
If there is a class action suit against this company we are interested in participating.

My husband and I invested our work pensions with Jaymor Jan 11, 2011 on the advice of our financial consultant Mark Minoogian. Our money was to come due June 2015 but were informed the money was not there. Jaymor restructured and locked in our money for another 5 years to come due on Dec. 31, 2020. We received notification in January 11, 2021 that the money was not there again. My husbands client numbers are 85008 and 85878. My client number is 85005. We are requesting a return of our money and any interest we have lost.

Invested in bond fund in 2009 and now have no access to my money. How can I get it back?

I had ivested $144, 000. and recieved an email my balance was zero. They said i would have recieved a letter in 2016, that the fund was in recievership.
I had not recieved any correspondance from them...My Investment broker, who
got me involved with this is Don Rastel, from Cambridge Ontario,
who has since passed away. I cant believe this money would disapper in thin air. I would like to know if others have brought this firm up before.

My investments have matured dec 2020, but there is zero response from the company . Is there any way to take legal action against Jaymor?
More than annoyed and feel like is investors are left hanging !
How do I go about getting help with this matter when Jaymor dont't communicate to any emails or phone calls made to them!
This is my hard earned money and I want it back !
