Lost alot of money with this investment group which i noticed alot of people complaining they have been ripped off. Not sure what i can do about this company called Jaymor Group in Richmond Hill Ontario Canada. Please get back to me and give me some advise what i can do about it. Its been bothering me for years. It was a property investment in which i gave over $50000 and didn't get any of it back. The property i invested in is call Riverlake properties in Florida USA
Jaymor Group - American opportunity
In May 2013, my husband and I invested $20, 000 (converted into 400 individual Bonds) in a fund that we were led to believe would it give us quarterly payout of interest and mature in December 2024 at which time we would get our initial investment back. We initially received 4 quarterly payments and since November 2015 we have not received any $. In 2017, we had received a communication that they were doing a 'bond to share' conversion, which we have no say in. Jaymor did not send us any updates in 2020 and we received a general communication in January 2021 that raised concerns... namely the fact that the company is moving forward with converting the outstanding bonds to shares without our consent. We feel that our investment money is a loss to us and that we will not get back any interest or principal.
Desired outcome: We would like our intial investment amount of $20K returned to us.
