Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with Shekouwoman.com. I had placed a pre-order almost a year ago and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Their "pre-order policy" stated that they did not issue refunds, but I later found out that this policy was no longer on their site.

As a consumer, I knew that it was illegal for a business to deny a request for a refund if they had failed to provide the service in the first place. This means that they can only deny refunds for change of mind, but cannot deny refunds if they haven't even sent you the clothes at all. This is something that is highlighted under the Australian and New Zealander consumer laws.

After many back and forth emails with Shekouwoman.com, I decided to take action. I told them that my lawyer and I would like a copy of their "pre-order policy" since it was no longer on their site, and reminded them of the information above. To my surprise, they sent me a refund the very next day!

Shekou is, like, the biggest scam EVER. I mean, seriously, I placed an order for some clothes on February 10th of 2022 and I'm still waiting for them. Can you believe it? I'm still waiting on these sweatpants that I spent over 60 dollars on. It's so frustrating. So, my advice to you is to NOT buy from here ever. Save yourself time, energy, and most of all, your money.

Beware of Shekou clothing company because it’s a scam . I ordered some clothing for my niece in September 2022 order number 156981and it’s Pre ordered items and it says that it will be fulfilled within 6-12 weeks . Now it’s March 2024 and I have not gotten any of my ordered items . It’s been a year and 6 months and after sending emails after emails … they took my money and this company didn’t ship the items I ordered. They responded to some of my emails (23 emails ) then by June 2023 no one responded anymore .. Also Shekou WILL NOT give you a REFUND. Because they said it’s pre ordered … which is a total BS .. the items are still to be made and yet they can’t give me a refund .

I was just wondering the status of my orders. I am aware i purchased items on the wait list however it’s been almost TWO years since i ordered them and it said 6-8 weeks. that is ridiculous and extremely misleading. i am wondering when i should be expecting the packages to be shipped. the order numbers are 131461 and 129512.

ordered february 2021 and it is now november 2023. every time i email they said it’ll ship soon however after 2 years that is unacceptable.

i have emailed about 6 seperate time and still nothing has been done. this is a scam that they have been doing to numerous people and i want all my money back.

On the 28th of September, 2021, I ordered from Shekou Woman - order #96028. I never received my order, and kept in contact with them to figure out when I could receive my order. I never ended up getting any of my money back. I had 504 points that I’d received from my original order, keeping in mind that I completely lost everything from the original order and not getting anything in return, even after explicitly asking for a refunds over the years. I then used those 504 points try another purchase since I had nothing else to lose. I purchased this second order with the points on the 6th of April, 2023. I still have not received anything from Shekou Woman, and they have entirely stopped responding to my emails.

I ordered this on 16/02/22 and on 13/3/22 it said it was being shipped but hasn't arrived yet.

I then emailed them on 28/8/22 to say I still hadn't got it and they responded that there was just a delay. But it still hadn't arrived after a year of ordering it so on 8/2/23 I emailed them again to say it hadn't responded and they got back to me saying they would resend my order and that it was on its way. I still have not received it so on 24/7/23 I emailed again but got no reply so I tried again on 27/7/23 and 24/8/23 but still have not been emailed back about it and don't know what I'm meant to do now

This is the worst website I have ever ordered off , I ordered a bikini may 5th 2022 and still have not received it , it is now August 15th 2023 , I warm everyone not to order offf this site and do not trust them , I have contacted them numerous times and they still have not returned most of my emails and are now ignoring me , just wanted everyone to know before they get scammed too .

I was excited to place an order for sweatpants from Shekou, but I ordered on 9/22/22 and have been waiting a year, and after multiple email exchanges with the info desk telling me tracking information would be available soon, I still have not received my order and the tracking information for this order. I bought a series of bikinis and other goods in the store, months went by and they didn't send me anything. I contacted customer service, they said they would send it to me in the next few weeks. They did not send anything, nor did they justify themselves. I contacted customer support again and they said they would see what was going on and send it as soon as possible. It's been a year and they never sent me the items I bought, nor did they give me a refund. I tried to log into the online store with my account. It tells me that I am no longer registered with the store.

I saw a video on TikTok that made me want to buy two pairs of sweatpants from Shekou. I placed my order in January, but it's been 7 WHOLE MONTHS and I still haven't received my package. I've sent multiple emails to the support team, but they keep giving me the same answer. They say that there are delays because of Covid and that my order is a preorder. I get it, Covid has messed up a lot of things, but come on! It shouldn't take more than half a year to ship one product. The worst part is that there's no information on the shipping page, so I have no idea where my package is. I wouldn't recommend Shekou to anyone.
