They were great to work with. Scheduled the work when we were out of town per our request and when we got back the job was don very professional. Would have no problem using them again next time.

Jet black did a great job on our driveway. The three men doing our work were conscientious and professional. They even took off their work shoes at the end of the driveway and finished in their socks so they wouldn't leave marks on the cement apron or on the grass. Highly recommend them

Such a great service! We were out of town during our scheduled time for resurfacing our driveway it when we returned it was completed and looked beautiful. The easy to use payment process made the experience of resurfacing our driveway 100% painless. It will be a few years before we need to treat our driveway again, but we will definitely be a return customer!

Easy to contact and very prompt in the email communication during COVID 19. I was sent all the material ahead of time about the process and pricing for my apron repair and sealing of cracks. I felt very confident even though I hadn't met anyone due to the pandemic. The workers that showed up to do the work were on time and very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Two man Jet Black crew from Shakopee did my driveway in June . The crew did an excellent job in filling cracks on the driveway and then finishing with the seal coating. The reason I didn't do five stars would be that it took a month for them to come out to do the job after I agreed to have It done and the cost is higher then some of their competitors, the 10% discount helped, but still almost $300 for about two five gallon buckets of sealer and 40 minutes of work. I mean I could have gone to Home Depot and gotten the same sealer for under $75. Which I may do next time if the price goes up.

In July , they came out to reseal/recoat my driveway and fill some cracks. The crack filling never completely hardened and stayed soft until the colder temperatures arrived. Within less than 6 months (late December ), the two cracks I had, completely reopened and eventually became worse than they were prior to July . The new coating started to show more and more minor cracking (hairline cracking) as well which I didn't see from the coat prior to 2021. The back of the driveway had some uneven areas where there was minor standing water. These areas worsened over the winter as well (slippery icy spots throughout the winter). I had many more icy spots or when dried standing water throughout the back of my driveway. In short, the driveway has become worse than it was prior July . When someone came out, all what I heard were excuses and taking no responsibility for how my drive way looked after they worked on. I was told we had so many cold days and the cold temperatures did that �" in fact, it wasn't that cold of a winter! In short, I have to hire someone else to fix my driveway AGAIN as it deteriorated less than 6 months after JET BLACK worked on it. Very poor service.
