Jackpot Party review: Fair warning... Don't lose your money!

I played high stakes credits (110-450 billion) per spin when the new week started at 3:00 a.M. Monday and noticed that when I earned "medallions" they were not credited. At 3:30 a.M. I let them know, figuring they would contact me in the morning. A day passed and they told me I had been credited... To use the "slider" to find my name on the list. My name was not on the list, so all that money was not credited. After several e-mails with various persons/departments, their position was so sad, too bad. Whether there was a technical glitch, or they just didn't care... The result to me was the same. Needless to say i've given them thousands of dollars, but no more... Fair warning. There is a reason why their above rating is as low as it is.
