Our realtor at the time recommended them to us. They are responsive, kind, and professional and I couldn't keep track of it all without their assistance. Italiano has handled all of my personal and commercial insurance for the past 14 years. They always search the market for me to get the best price on each policy from REPUTABLE and STABLE carriers. I have been impressed by their attention to detail and 'whatever it takes' Service attitude. Some of my commercial policies have required substantial coordination with financial institutions in order to issue the correct coverage. Italiano agents have always invested the time and gone beyond the normal expectation to handle the details. I rely on them to handle every aspect of my personal and commercial insurance. Their agents have always made themselves available, even during weekends and Holidays. At some occasions, they have worked on my policies during their personal vacation time in order to meet tight deadlines. A few times during the past years, they have negotiated on my behalf with the financial firms requiring the policies, in order to eliminate/reduce unnecessary coverage, and as a result have saved thousands of dollars in unnecessary premium costs for my companies. I know that a Property and Casualty agent isn't normally someone you rave about, but Italiano Insurance deserves it ! I moved to the beautiful area in 2005 from Ohio and had no idea how the insurance market operated. Charity was my contact and helped me with everything. She got me a good price and good coverage. Fast forward 20+ years and beach properties, South Florida older, zone A house and a rental property - they have solved all of my insurance challenges. As for claims, I had a drunk driver crash into my house and the insurance company was dragging their feet and Italiano stepped in and advocated for me! The personal touch and care is the best I have seen - anywhere (and I have lived in Ohio, California, Texas and Florida). If you want to work with honest and trustworthy people. You have found the right company. As a bonus they are passionate and enthusiastic about what they do. I think I actually like my insurance agent.
