I made a skin assessment on the 1st September 2025. First debit was on the 28th September 2025. Received the package on the 8th October 2025.

The products were not good for my skin. I sent an email at [protected]@info explaining my dissatisfaction, I got a call from one of the consultant, I told her that I would like to cancel because the products are not working for me, my face was braking out with pimples, she then suggested I try different products, she promised me a R1500 gift voucher to buy the products. I never received the voucher,she then sent me the list of items I needed to buy. I replied and informed her that I never received the voucher and I would like them to come and collect the products,a videos of how my face looked was attached on the email. This was on the 8 December.

The was no response to my email.on January and February 2026 the was no debit on my account.I assumed the cancellation went through. On March the money was debited . I sent an email asking the consultant that how is my money being deducted when I had cancelled. Her response was "I sent the video to relevent department ".

I am now getting calls of rude consultant asking why I've been disputing the debit order when I explain what happened they tell me to call Isabella Garcia info. Unfortunately when you call them you will speak to an AI. When you send a message you get an automated reply no one calls you back.
Their policy states that if you are not satisfied with the products within 60 days you can return them and get your money back but they do not adhere to the policy. They deliver the products late to buy time, they suggest different products to buy time.

I need Isabella Garcia to collect their products and stop harassing me to pay for products I never used.
