To Whom It May Concern,
We recently purchased a Filtropur SFS air cleaner from you. After several days we determined that it was not working properly. We called and Jose came to our house to check it out. He did replace a part, but this did not totally fix the problem so he replaced the air cleaner. This one is working fine. Jose did a great job and we wanted you to know that he was great to work with.

Since purchasing the SFS air filter we have noticed fresher smelling rooms as well as noticing that it does take the dust and particles that would always be floating in the air, especially when the sun is shining and those particles would be clearly visible.
