TMobile partnered with Hulu to give us free access to Hulu streaming. I have been working since JULY 30 2025 to try to get this to work. Apparently there is a glitch in the handoff between the two companies. My TMobile app shows 'active' on the Hulu benefit but when I log into Hulu, it insists I have to pick a PAYING plan, does not show me the TMobile benefit. I have called both companies but the problem is on the HULU side and there is no date for resolution. It essentially cuts off a number of customers from being to see Hulu and find out that they want to keep the service. It is really irritating and while I'd like to get Hulu service, it's made me mad enough that I'm not going to bother.
Recommendation: Don't think that your connection between TMobile and Hulu will work!
