Am I gettin caterpillars?
Am I gettin caterpillars? Who knows! After 4 emails beggin for an invoice and two phone calls in excess of 20 minutes of wait time (because teachers have all the time in the world), I STILL DONT KNOW. I gave them my credit card, so maybe. I also am writin to the President, Marcus McManama, but I have to send it through the mail cuz apparently the company has no other email than the one that goes to the unanswered customer service circle of hell. I am very frustrated and dismayed.

I gave Insect Lore a 7 out of 10 rating because unfortunately, 7 of the caterpillars arrived dead. It seems like they are having some trouble coming out of the chrysalis. I called and told a manager named Savannah about this. She seemed to find it funny that we were having these problems and couldn't stop laughing. It was really unprofessional. Even after I emailed her pictures, she didn't offer any solutions. I wouldn't recommend this company, especially for fellow educators. Unless you want your students to be disappointed like mine, stay away from them. Avoid them at all costs.

The caterpillers are fine, we have always enjoyed that, but this year ordered the praying mantis egg case, and when upon receiving saw they were the invasive species kind that should not be released in North America. Come to find out that is the standard praying mantis egg case sold, but did contact the company about it as they do not let you know what types they sell. I have never heard anything back from them. I do not like the fact that the company sells these without at least a disclaimer. I wish the company would have contacted me back after I reach out to them. Please don't buy these to release in your habitat, they can cause a lot of damage to the local species.
