First order went through on Amex.2 days later received email confirming it had been declined by Amex.Confirmed with Amex if this was case.
Customer Service had lied.
Repaid order went through.
Confirmed by email Amex payment gone through. Checked online with order ref confirmed Inhousepharmacy had printed label but not put it in the system USPS would confirm once they received this. Checked week later Pharmacy co still not put label into system so no progress made several complaints notified COE.
No progress so by Friday will get refund take business else where.
Use to be reliable now not the case.
No complaints feed back so will go under.

Desired outcome: Products to be labeled and processed through mailing system at the stage it's employees not doing their job or responding to complaints
