Infinite Auto Protection review: Extended warranty

11/2020 - Auto extended warranty was purchase in full $2000.00. (Prime Coverage) which is their best option.

2/2021 - Requested cancellation - All documents they requested was sent in order to calculate refund.

11/2021- Infinite Auto sent Docu-sign to complete cancellation to issue refund. Docu-sign was sign and email back to Infinite Auto Protection same day

Current date 8/15/2022 - Still waiting for refund to be issued back to credit card. Infinite have still not issued a refund.

I have made many calls to them to get my refund, and each time I call they tell me its still processing. Its been over a year battling with them to process my refund. I have requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and they would transfer me to a line where no one answers or return your calls Docu-sign stated refund can take up to 12-14 DAYS
