Incomm review: Visa vanilla gift card.

I purchased a $500 Visa Vanilla Gift card on 9/27/2025 tried to make a purchase that same day and was denied, contacted customer service and was told the funds were already used by a unknown source, I was given a claim number and was told to report the incident to this website. Claim number is 81674414. Before trying to make a purchase I called the number on the Visa Vanilla Gift card to make sure the card was activated and the card was activated and the funds were there so my first attempt was a purchase on allyexpress but was denied because outside of the US so I made another attempt on Amazon but was denied because excited the funds My final attempt to purchase the same item was on eBay and the card was denied again on Saturday 9/27/2025 about 2:00pm that's when I called customer service and found out my funds were already used by a different name on a different purchase.
