Cash load at dollar general using my Chime debit card. I was given a paprr receipt showing successful cash load.Funds were never credited to Chime account. Dollar General stated load successful refuses to investigate further. Chime has investigated and shows no record of transaction. Incomm ran trace using details from my paper receipt can't locate

Claimed loss: 220.00 cash plus damages due to financial hardship stress and time trying to recover my money

Desired outcome: 220.00 principal 50.00 interest and 500.00 compensory damages due to financial hardship and time invested last 2 years with 3 entities involved trying to locate my money
