On April 28, 2023, I cashed out a $50 payment that I earned through the InboxPays platform. To date, I have not received the payment.
Over the past couple of years, I have attempted to reach InboxPays through email, phone, and by filing a formal complaint, yet I have received no response from any channel. I also attempted to delete my account, but the system would not allow it.
After months of silence, I stopped logging in altogether. However, this morning I received an email instructing me to reactivate my account and complete a survey or risk permanent deletion. I will not complete additional surveys or provide further activity until the payment I earned is issued.
It is unacceptable to go this long without payment, to have calls and emails ignored, and to receive no communication regarding my complaint. This situation raises serious concerns about why users are not being paid and why support is unresponsive.
