If you have landed here, then you are probably researching Smokey's Chem Site. It has been shut down and seized by the US DEA and the USDOJ. If you have an order that never made it to you, do NOT try to communicate with the site or send any e-mails! They will be intercepted by these agencies. There is a chance that your missing package was seized at customs. If you are lucky, they will destroy it and the contents. If you aren't lucky or want to push the envelope, you can very easily find yourself being charged with 3 to 5 FEDERAL felonies per package. I work in the legal field, and I have a client who is in trouble right now thanks to his order(s) being seized by US Customs. He then contacted who he thought was a customer service rep through email, but it was a government employee who had been monitoring the e-mail accounts for the site. He has not been charged yet, and probably won't be but this has scared the [censored] out of him. Trust me, it's better to be ripped off for a few dollars than it is to sit in prison for a few years.

I made several consecutive orders with Smokeys and although I expected some delays in delivery, they were completely dishonest. When I inquired about the shipping delays, they claimed that they ship the same day. However, they then proceeded to blame customs for blocking the shipment. This doesn't make sense because customs only seizes illegal products, and the products I ordered are legal in my country.

A legitimate business would make an effort to retain customers, but I wasn't offered a refund or any form of compensation despite my inquiries.

This is clearly a scam!
