I purchased a drone for a holiday trip and paid extra for faster shipping and a protective case. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive on time, causing me to waste money on expedited shipping. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the joystick was broken and the drone was unable to be used, even though it had been shipped in a supposedly protective case.
Despite providing photographic evidence that the drone had never been removed from its box, the company insisted that I pay for the return shipping. I repeatedly requested to speak to someone regarding an exchange for an unbroken drone, but was denied the opportunity to speak with a representative over the phone.
While I am unable to comment on the quality of the product, as I was never able to use it, I can say that the customer service and shipping logistics were extremely disappointing. I had hoped for a more positive experience, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations.
Desired outcome: Either provide a replacement drone or cover the cost of return shipping for the broken item that I received and a full refund.
