IGXE - FFX PowerLevel
Order for powerleveling was finally completed, but the description on the website was unclear. Customer service "promised" multiple times to respond with clarification, but no one was available to help me with my specific questions at that time. No one ever responded. From what I can see, IGXE has 2 main problems...sub-par customer service and a lack of professionalism. I'm not sure I should have expected either from this type of company. Since my order was finally completed, I guess I shouldn't complain but the process will make me think twice about using IGXE in the future. I will more than likely use a different service in the future... While they have assured me the order is complete, I am not completely sure what I ordered. Because of my ignorance, I was overcharged for the service.

IGXE - delay
I ordered 1000 wow gold 6 days ago in IGXE.com. The only information I recieved about them at all, was the email from paypal saying the transaction was completed. There is no place stating that you need to "verify" your paypal account for the order to be processed.
Which raises even more questions. Why in the world do I need to tell you my paypal account for you to verify that I bought it. I am fairly well versed in the ins and outs of paypal, and this seem ludicrous. I did my homework before purchasing and found that there were thousands(literally) of complaints against gogoer, so I took a gamble and purchased the smallest amount possible. I also purchased a larger amount from another site, because they received much better reviews than Gogoer did. The other site took 2 and a half days to deliver, but I received very good customer service throughout the entire process. And when they could not make the delivery in the stated time frame (Click a button on their site telling them you will be online, and they will deliver within the hour) they notify you that they will be unable to, and you then repeat the process the next time you will be online for an hour. In essence, you chose when you want to wait for delivery.
These people are the BIGGEST liars you can come up with. They promise and promise and never deliver. They state they will PL your account by X date...2 to 3 times longer and you are lucky if they have started. Gold...you MAY get it, if you threaten to charge back your cc. I place an order of Powerleveling service from IGXE, and I was lucky enough to at least get my account temporarily suspended by Blizzard who reset my pass and let me reclaim it, but it was suspended due to use of third-party tools (that's bots.) which is against IGXE "policy". IGXE - I lost my order
my order was placed on 12/05/08, it is 28/07/08 now. i am still waiting for my purchase, this company will not give me a refund and tell me i have to wait even longer if i want the item i purchased. this is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with, i cannot get in contact with the manager or head of the company and the customer service reps will not put through a refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER.
