Ideal Image review: Cool sculpting

They are selling services that they can't fulfill. I signed up in August 11, 2023 but now I can't get an appointment until December. I keep calling and they say they will check with the scheduler and call me back. They never call back. I have asked for a refund, and they say they will check with the scheduler and call me back. They never called back, even with a promise to call back the same day.

One appointment was cancelled because someone was out sick and will call to reschedule, but never called.

I want a refund of $4880.20 less the $400 discount.
