The date of the incident was August 7, 2024 at 4:08 PM I was charged $10.59 to my cash app through apple.com/bill there’s a petition was created from somewhere I don’t know, because I personally did not do it. It took me hours to find out that it was made, and what it was about the transaction because the transaction on my cash app said nothing, but it was from Apple and I found it out so I’m talking to y’all and I want to cancel immediately. My money sent back I’ve been dealing with this nonstop since 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon. I’ve been up all night literally can you please take care of this thank you So I figure it out this issue I need to resolve through y’all canceling the app and the subscription and send me my money back and then everything will be fine. Can you please do this as soon as possible and contact me thank you.
