Craig Hughes claims he is an experienced Estate Planner in Utah. Well, if he is, I would say this is false statement. If you want an attorney who has an extremely huge ego, is narcissistic and cares only about his bottom line, then hire him, but you and all of your heirs will deeply regret it. It is extremely alarming when a District Court Judge issues an Order for an Estate Attorney to stop getting paid out of the heirs inheritance, but that is exactly what happened to Craig Hughes. This man charged and overcharged to the point that the District Court Judge had to step in and stop the madness. If you need the Case number we will be very happy to give it anyone. We can send the actual order stating that Craig Hughes to cease and desist from collection any more fees. Good luck to anyone who hire Hughes, but keep a hand on your wallet
