Hello,
My name is Billie Dempsey. I stayed with Ms. Terry Molloy for several months. In order to help her out, I made a few payments on this account. THIS is not my account. You billed my credit card last week for a payment. When I discussed this with whoever was on the phone, she said the account has not been cancelled. This person wants me to get Ms. Molloy to call you and cancel the account. It seems pretty obvious that there is no longer a service here as all of the equipment is back in your possession. I am almost 81 years old and a Vietnam era veteran.
First of all, about 6 months ago a field rep came and removed the wiring and the antenna from the property.
As for Ms. Molloy, she is living in Montgomery, Texas. She has severe dementia and does not have a great memory any longer.
I also remember that we mailed the router and power supply back to you. That was a long time ago.
I live on a fixed income and this $100 plus payment to my credit card is a lot of money to me.
I want a refund to my bank account for the erroneous debit to my account. Please don't force me to get a new credit card.
As this will affect my other legitimate debits to my account.
