In order to perform your obligations after a long working day, self-care becomes one of the most important needs. This is achieved through proper eating, exercises, enough sleep, taking drinks, controlling the time spent in front of a screen, and caring for one’s mental wellness. Everything you do at this particular moment helps you operate at the highest level. Once you do possess such satisfying feelings of happiness, good health, sufficient sleep, and support from your loved ones, it now becomes a small step to achieving bigger goals and engaging in better activities.
If you are tired, you should rest. When your body speaks to you in that way, you listen to it. This is why so many people present to the ER with all those events. You have one life. You have to pace yourself. Your health is your wealth indeed. If you have no health or poor health, you are forced to stop and solely focus on that. Preserve your health. That's the most important thing and overworking does not help that cause at all.
Fatigue is the body’s way of telling us to rest. Resting, is doing something. Continuing to exert the body and mind when it needs rest, comes at a price. We need to stop seeing rest as ‘doing nothing’ when we’re actually doing something important for our health and well being.
