Firstly, I ain't buying from HottPerfume.com again! My experience was like a highway robbery! I ordered a fragrance bottle, and they sent me a cheap knockoff! My nostrils have always been sensitive, and I knew that it ain't no real perfume! It was just alcohol, water, and some fragrance notes!

The worst part? When I contacted their customer service, they said that I am wrong and offered me no help! They didn't even acknowledge that they sold me a fake! If you're looking for a real fragrance, don't buy from HottPerfume!

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing from them, but I was too caught up in the pretty website! It's not the first time it's happened to me, and I should've known better!

From the perfume bottle to the decals, it was all a fake and pathetic attempt to make a profit. I couldn't believe my eyes when the decal came off the bottle! It was that obvious!

To make things worse, I visited their website and couldn't find any contact information, phone number or email. How on earth am I supposed to get my money back or even make a complaint? This was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I should have known better when I saw the Yahoo site stay up at the bottom of the website. It didn't guarantee anything, and I was sucked right into their trap. I hated the fact that I lost $77.49 on a bottle of fake cologne. If I had known, I wouldn't have wasted my money.

It's evident that HottPerfume (hottperfume.com) is a fraud! They don't deal in authentic products, and you won't find quality here. It's disappointing to know that such dishonest and scammy websites exist in today's world. Please steer clear and choose a verified and trustworthy eCommerce website for your perfume needs.

I ordered two bottles of perfume from HottPerfume about a month ago. I've sent six emails to the company inquiring about the status of my shipment and asking for tracking information. Finally, I received one response saying that the package would be delivered within the week. But, as you can probably guess, the package never showed up. Here we are, a month later, and still no perfume. It's a real shame because I was excited to try out their selection of scents. But at this point, I had to take matters into my own hands and file a dispute with my credit card company. It's unfortunate that HottPerfume wasn't able to provide better communication and customer service, because it's left me with a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

In the future, I will be sure to do my research and opt for reputable retailers that prioritize customer satisfaction and authenticity of their products. The disappointment and inconvenience caused by this experience was not worth the discounted price.

Ordered two perfumes from hottperfume.com and gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. Firstly, I got the Dior Pure Poison, which was cool. But when I opened the box, the white bottle inside was only labelled "Poison", with no batch code on the box. Like, what gives? Was it a mistake? But then, it happened again with the Dior Tendre Poison. The sticker under the bottle was labelled "Coach Poppy" made in USA. Not exactly what I paid for, you know? And on top of that, there wasn't even a matching batch code. Talk about a buzzkill.
So, I hit up their customer service, and boy, was that a whole other experience. They didn't even care about making it right - no return shipping label, nada. It was just a big ol' middle finger to their customers.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend hottperfume.com to anyone. It was by far the worst experience I've had when ordering perfumes.

I wanted to buy some perfume to replace the ones that were running out, so I checked out HottPerfume. After seeing the reviews, I decided to buy all 6 perfumes that were in the picture. When I got the package, the packaging looked authentic. But when I opened the bottles and smelled the perfume, it was as if I was just smelling colored water. They are definitely fake perfumes! I was so disappointed because I spent $300 on these bad boys! I tried to contact them about returning them, but I have not heard back from them. My advice to you is to NOT buy from them! The perfume you get from the downtown stores are SO much better than these. Don't make the same mistake I did!
