HotelTonightdamaged decoration flower pot / unpaid bill in restaurant

Dear Sir,

Reservation [protected]-QLQGHA Mr. Craig Kislig

Customer Craig Kislig departed today. The have broken a big expensive (350.-€) flower pot at the main entrance of the resort. And they did not pay for a consumption in our restaurant amounting 14.-€.

The Guest reported at reception that they broke the flower pot, but as soon as we told them that they are responsible to pay a new one, the got into the car and runned away.

We do not think that this is not a Hotel Tonight's customer standard behaviour and that it cannot remain like that.

Could you help us with both issues?
