Company sold me a 2026 model year swim spa with specific features. Company delivered a 2025 model year spa. Once it was brought up the company refused to swap out the unit for the correct one. The company doesn’t deny that the model year problem happened they just don’t want to fix it. The salesman explained, over some form of video conference, the features of the 2026 model year swim spa, which were the deciding factors in purchasing at that moment stating the price would increase if I didn’t order right then. Those features included the ability for the spa to cool the water, exterior lighting, and programmable workouts. None of these features are available on the 2025 model year. Salesperson will not respond and the owner, Alex try’s to state that the model year doesn’t matter and I should just be happy. This is fraud.
Claimed loss: Over $8000
Desired outcome: Company stands behind what was sold and swaps out unit for correct one.
