Hot Miami Styles review: Order 364158

I’ve been a long time customer of HMS so I’m surprised to be here writing this review, but I feel it’s necessary. Recently I returned a jumpsuit that did not fit and was see through. I was surprised when I saw it got redelivered back to me a couple weeks later. In the package was a note that is was worn. I was shocked because I in no way shape or form ever wore this jumpsuit as it is extremely see through. I feel this was a scam to not have to issue a refund and after do some research I see that a lot of customers are having this same issue. Although I cannot speak for them, I can speak for myself and wanted it to be of record that they will straight lie in order to refuse a return although their so called “policy” say they will “gladly accept returns” In addition to that, I also did not receive a refund or even the item back for another dress I ordered from them. I’m not sure if their business is hurting and now have become desperate to scam their regular customers, but they are literally stealing from people and it’s not right.
