We have had my wife's car in twice. Two different accidents ( not her fault) and they did great work. We recently had our daughter have her car done and it looks great plus everything was explained on what was done. Great work and fast. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the overall experience and service. Brendon spends time explaining the job, arranging the car rental and communicates the progress with photos included. I would definitely recommend, in fact I have! I hope to never need their services again, but if I do I will return for sure.

The team at Horton are awesome! Right from the time you walk through the door and are greeted by friendly staff (and their mascot, Boo the boxer), to their great work and fair prices. Everyone at Horton cares; they bend over backwards to make your baby's boo boos better AND to make sure you are happy! They make you feel like family.

Very pleased with the service and experience. It was a minor repair, re-install front mud guard which was ripped off on a curb. I was told by others a new part and preparation work was required. Horton Auto Body re-installed the guard in half an hour and looks like new. THANK YOU Kevin and technician. I highly recommend this body shop! ( 5 star )

I loved my experience with Horton Auto Body, they were very easy to do business with. From the moment I stepped in for my estimate to picking up my car, they were informative, understanding and knowledgable. We ran in to some trouble with my boyfriend's vehicle that caused me to be delayed in dropping off my car. When I called Horton to explain, they were very understanding and flexible with me. I thought that due to my delay in dropping off my car that it would take longer to get fixed, but they still had my car ready early. Not only did they fix it perfectly, when I picked up my car it was detailed inside and out - my car has never been so clean. I live in the North West, so it's about a 30min drive each way to get to Horton. If I ever need body work done again, I will absolutely make that drive each and every time.
