Account# 1371852. I made a Vacation Stop request and it was acknowledged by email on April 29, 2025 for the dates May 2 to May 16, 2025. However it was not stopped and there were papers all over my driveway when I returned, just the thing we didn't want happening.
Your email is attached. How often this must happen. Would be better to be able to contact the paper deliverer in person instead of relying on the computer.

Desired outcome: Please refund.

They confirmed the stop, then ignored it — classic automated system screw-up with zero accountability. You did everything right, and they still made your house look empty for two weeks straight. If their tech can’t handle basic vacation holds, then yeah, they need actual humans back in the loop before someone gets robbed over their negligence.
