They did a great job on my windows, roofing, siding, and doors. The workers were super nice and they finished the job on time. The quality of their work is top-notch. I couldn't be happier with the results. The prices were also reasonable compared to other companies I looked into. I'm so glad I chose Home Pro for my home improvement needs. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Had Home Pro replace our roof and replace some missing fascia. The roof was done in one day and looks great. They cleaned up really well after they were done. It took about two and a half weeks before they came back for the fascia work. Everything looks good.

We had a great connection with the Production team - *** and ***. They really took the time to understand us and genuinely looked after us during our siding and window installation. If it wasn't for them and their extra effort, I wouldn't be writing such a good review!

Phil and his team did a great job replacin our old sidin, gutters, and trimmin windows/doors. They were real pros, always showin up on time and cleanin up the area every day before they left. The work they did was top-notch and the price they quoted was what we ended up payin. We totally recommend this company.

We just had HomePro do our house. They started with a very fare bid. When they got the project started, they were fantastic! The workers were incredibly hard working and very polite. When the project was done, we did the final walk through and the one thing I wanted to adjust, Dustin made it happen! He was very responsive and made our home gorgeous! Thank you HomePro!

Home Pro and the project manager finished the roof job today. They started at 8am this morning and it's already done. The crew of 9 were really nice and worked super fast on a hot and sticky day. I'm really happy with how it turned out and they were really careful with cleaning up and protecting my landscaping and deck area. Jefferson was the guy I talked to the most and he was great to work with. Now we're looking forward to getting the siding and windows done. Can't wait to schedule it!

Had Home Pro install a new roof, fascia, and soffits on my home. I was initially skeptical about hiring them, but the Home Pro contractor convinced me that they could do the same work for less money and better quality. I'm writing this review to give Home Pro a 5-star rating because my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of their workers during the installation and clean-up. Even my neighbors have asked about getting Home Pro to install similar products on their homes.

Home Pro was an amazing company to work with in our home remodeling journey. We wanna give a shoutout to Dustin Mueller-project manager, Andy, and the siding crew led by Juan. Juan’s crew was awesome and cleaned up and put everything back like they found it! Dustin and Andy made sure that everything was done to our liking and if it wasn't, they both came in and fixed everything up! So, if you're looking for a trustworthy company for remodeling and repairs, you won't be let down with Home Pro.

Don't use these guys. It's been a year since they put up the siding and they still haven't fixed the problems. They said they would take care of it next week when I paid them. I gave them a whopping $20,000 for this job, and to be treated like this is just not right. I've been super patient, but they keep lying about when they'll start, when they'll finish, and when they'll call back. It's never-ending. This whole mess could have been fixed with $100 worth of materials and a couple hours of work. Save your money and find an installer who actually knows how to treat customers once they've cashed the check. Nobody deserves this kind of frustration and headache.

This company is really great! We had a super knowledgeable sales rep who gave us a great price. They were friendly and professional. Scheduling the work was easy and effortless. The crew that came out was amazing! They replaced our shingles in just one day. It was so cool to watch them work. They were friendly and tried not to be too bothersome. I would totally recommend this company for any repairs or remodeling you need.

Do not use Home Pro under any circumstances! There are too many problems to list, but it all started with a very untrue statement. Phil *** told us he was the only GAF certified contractor in the area, which is completely false! I did some research and found out that Home Pro is not even listed. I recommend going with one of the other companies instead. We had communication problems, issues with incorrect materials, and permit problems that I can prove through the building department of Allen County. On top of that, Phil *** has a shady business practice of making customers sign a document promising to leave a review in exchange for a discount. This makes all the positive reviews seem suspicious. In the end, we ended up with a subpar result. Phil tried to blame us, even though he admitted to his team that he forgot to call us when he realized the correct skylights couldn't be ordered. We only found out on the day of installation after the old ones were removed. Phil tried to shift the blame onto us, refused to find a solution, and even threatened to put a lien on our house and drain its equity if we didn't pay in full. And this threat was made three times, even before the job was finished! Home Pro's competitor gave us an exact price for the correct skylights, but Phil either wouldn't or couldn't provide the right product. Now I can't even use my living room or sunroom until I fix their mistake, which will be a challenge after the fact. Every time I walk through my living room and sunroom and see the terrible quality of their work, I'm reminded of Home Pro and Phil E's incompetence and dishonesty. Be cautious when dealing with them!

We had a guy come to our house to check out our leaks. He looked at our roof and gutters and said we needed a new roof. He said the whole roof had to go. We asked if the gutters should be replaced too because the stuff under them was all rotten. He said, "Nah, don't touch those gutters. They're fine. Home Pro can seal 'em up." So, they put on the new roof and told us the gutters were sealed. But when it rained, we saw 9 spots where the gutters were leaking. The boss guy said sealing the gutters doesn't mean no water will get through. He said our gutters were garbage and we should get new ones. We offered to pay more than our estimate to replace the gutters, but they said yes and then changed their minds the day before the job.

We signed a contract in July to replace all windows in our home. They said the financing would be at 3%, starting in September , and it would be a replacement down to the stud. We called in October because we hadn't heard from them. They said Covid had delayed our project until December . In December, the project got delayed again and our financing expired. They said we would still get the same financing but had to run our credit again. After more delays for "previous job running over," "broken key in trailer lock," "car trouble," and "weather," our project finally started in February . The installation wasn't down to the stud, but we agreed on a discount. There were many issues during the installation. The company lied multiple times and changed their stories every time we talked. One window was measured incorrectly and had to be reordered. They said it would take 16 weeks. After no communication, we called in July . Home Pro keeps lying about what's happening and doesn't return our calls.

On 8/22 we signed a contract with Home Pro Windows to buy new windows and gutters. We paid 50% of the total cost ($3,445) to replace 3 windows and install new gutters on our house and barn. The Home Pro person said it would take about 5 to 10 weeks to start the installation. But those weeks passed and we didn't hear anything from the company. We called them every week to find out what was going on, and finally in November , a manager came to measure the windows and gutters. But they still hadn't started the installation. Home Pro didn't communicate with us again until 3 when a contractor came to install the gutters. They said they were still waiting for the windows! Home Pro gave us three different dates for the installation, but they canceled at the end of each work day without telling us beforehand. Finally, in April , the windows were installed and we paid the remaining $3,445. On 7/14, a year later than they said, a Home Pro manager did a final inspection and found 2 cracks in one of the windows. He took pictures and promised to replace them. But then a whole month passed with no communication. When I called their office, they said they didn't know anything about it. Finally, on 11/2, they showed up, but the windows they brought were the wrong size. We haven't heard from them since!

The company seemed alright at first - the salesperson knew their stuff and was really engaging. In mid-February 2022, I signed a contract for new vinyl siding, two windows, underhangs, and gutters. They said the work would start in late May to early June, which I was cool with. But it ended up being almost the end of June and I had to call and ask when they were gonna start. They said there were delays and it probably wouldn't start until late July to early August. Well, early August came and went and still no work. This time they said it would start in late September to early October. Surprise, surprise, it got delayed again and nobody showed up to do the work until really late October - over 8 months after I signed the contract. The installation went fine though, and the teams finished everything in about 10 days. But not long after, they said an inspector would come to check for any finishing touches. I met with a guy who did the inspection and he said there were some spots that needed more caulking. Plus, the contractors left an outdoor electric outlet kinda exposed to the weather. The inspector said they'd come back soon to seal the outlet, caulk where needed, and most importantly, get rid of all the materials sitting on my driveway. Well, it's been almost a month now and despite me and my girlfriend calling them a bunch of times, nobody has come to remove the materials or finish the repairs they promised. And let me tell you, it's been impossible to get in touch with Home Pro - it always goes straight to voicemail.
