Nancy took advantage of a bedbound quadriplegic with a memory issues.
She was here for about a year. Gina, My Mother hired her. Its a cash deal. Gina pays her under the table.
She went through cupboards, personal items, including law binding private information about payroll through RAPS. Not only that, she went through my child's personal items. Through boxes, and even broke a drawer.
She had her sister here without my permission, in which I had no idea that she was even here until my care aide told me.
While she was here, she did nothing. She did a terrible job taking care of a bedbound quad. No experience what so ever.
She faked her way through it. I have nasty notes she left my primary care aide.
If you want them I can send them. Not only that, she hated working for Homeinstead.
She said terrible things about your company

Desired outcome: I would like Nancy to know she is never welcome in this house again and an apology would be nice
