Home Harmony PH review: Unprofessionalism / ma-pride

I am complaining again the Homeharmonyph for being unprofessional/ma-pride. Yesterday, we agreed that they would deliver the incomplete item to today. But around 7am today, I call your shopee hotline and ask them my assurance that the quality of the item is good. Your hotline told me for my security I should click the request return/refund so that payment will not release until the said transaction is complete then I ask what if the incomplete items was delivered to me and I received it. The hotline answered then you can cancelled the return/refund request. In short I click the return/refund request.
But the seller saw it and insist that he will not delivered the incomplete items. I explain it to them that it is only for may safety as per your hotline advice. And I can cancelled my return/refund request if the item was fully delivered to me.
The seller keep on flash my request on our conversation. It seem the seller lack the knowledge regard the protocol on return/refund request and need to be oriented about your protocol. And I think your seller is mayabang, ma-pride and unprofessional kasi ng malaman nya na nag request ako ng return/refund eh ayaw na nyang idelivered as we have agreed yesterday.
I am hoping that your reprimand your seller causing me (as a buyer) stress. This kind and attitude ogva seller should not be tolerated by you and will ruined Shopee reputation/integrity.
