Purchased a shed online from Home Depot with installation, which they outsourced to a company called to Swingset Liquidators. The company delivered the product on 10/24/22, the installers worked for several hours, did not complete the project, they left the property without speaking to me, or my family. I reached out to Swingset Liquidators the following day, ask to send pictures Scott, the manager per his request, was told that they were working to get someone out. One week past, with rain multiple times on the product, (compressed wood.) It is now 2 plus weeks; the product is still sitting in the back yard without protection. A case was filed by Home Depot to have another third party pick up the product, the company came to the home and did not pick up the product as they did not want the liability. I am currently sitting with an unfinished shed in my yard and no resolution from the credit card company or Home Depot. I was told by the HP credit card that they will file another dispute to get HD stores to refund the money, but no guarantee at this point. This situation is awful, it puts the customer in such a horrible position to make multiple phone calls with everyone pointing the finger at the other for resolution. I would like someone from Home Depot to take responsibility for this issue and handle it, without me having to be on the phone for hours and transferred multiple times, only to be told the same thing by each party.
Desired outcome: A full refund and or another shed delivered and put together appropriately.
