I'm very pleased with the price and quality of the 2 hanging wall "planters" from Lesen Home Decor
I'm very pleased with the price and quality of the 2 hanging wall "planters" from Lesen Home Decor. The hangers, ropes and planters all came together. All I had to add was the greenery. I had searched for others and found they were expensive and didn't come with the extras. I recommend Lesen for your home decor

This is the worst shopping experience I've had in my entire life. Please NOBODY go here. From the manager on down they lie and back each other's lies. They got my money, said they had items on stock then, when we came to pick it up said they didn't have rails but I could get the rails in a different color, now today they saying they didn't say it. They are doing absolutely nothing to make this right. I called corporate was told to text them and did and they text back replying in store's defense. I wish they get shut down. I put them under the category of predatory!
Have been trying to reach this companies warranty department since November . Purchased a mattress from Home Decor Outlet, West Columbia, SC. Upon getting it home realized it was ripped at side seams. I assume from loading. Kept the mattress and slept on it for 2 months. It is awful. Dips, indentions and back pain. I have made contact with the store 2 times. First contact they said I had to complete a claim and email it to the warranty division. I have since sent this claim in on 3 different occasions, 11/23, 12/12, 2/6 via email. I have also been back in the West Columbia, SC store 2. I was told by a gentlemen working that day that I had "not done it right if you ain't heard nothin back." This company will not answer correspondence, the West Columbia, SC store will not answer the phone and when you go in person to the store the employees are unprofessional. I have had no luck reporting my issues. Be mindful of this company when buying. Should you need help or have issues covered by warranty they will ignore you hoping that you go away

I purchased a coffee end table set via online on June 16th, was supposed to been delivered on July 15th, and still haven't received it. I've called customer service, no answers! I'm mad! I could have bought it from somewhere else had I known it was gonna be a problem. I emailed customer service about a refund and of course, no response! I want my money back asap!

This furniture business if that's what you want to call it, doesn't rate not even one star from me but I had to give it a star
This furniture business if that's what you want to call it, doesn't rate not even one star from me but I had to give it a star. I ordered $1400 worth of furniture mid-February to get a dining set in April, that I didn't order but a different one at the same cost and paid for assembly which didn't go well either. Then in May I settled on an area rug that was different in color from the order I placed. I put in for a refund in May to be told they were charging a restock fee. (WHAT)? The merchandise wasn't available for me to go to GA to pick up or to go to any location to pick up myself. So why am I charged a restock fee? I still have yet to get $800+ worth of furniture minus the restock fee and it's now Aug., 2021 (6 months later). The sales people nor the manager returns calls. I've called the Corporate number and you never talk to a human. Corp. staff do not return calls. Anyone asking me about Home Decor will get a negative review from me as well as the loud (SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE). HOME DECOR is not the place to spend hundreds of dollars unless you don't mind throwing away $$$$. Looks like I need to go to small claims court just to get my refund as my attorney suggested.

I purchased a dinette set 5 piece form the Fairview Heights Illinois location March 24 I have been reaching out and I been trying to get a refund but they told me that I wasn't able to get one the young lady that sold me the dinette sets said it would take up to six weeks I was fine with that when I called the store I talked to the manager he told me that it would take longer and he had an attitude so he gave me the chairs to my dinette set but I still do not have the dining table or the bench I feel like it's unfair for me to have to wait all this time and not receive a refund and I tell me that I can get store credit I do not want store credit I just want my merchandise or my money back this is very sad it's june 8 and I still have not received anything if you guys know that it's a pandemic going on and you're not able to get anyone merchandise you should give them a refund and not hold anyone's money and you shouldn't tell anyone that something will be in at a certain time and you know that you're having problems getting the items in that is false advertisement if you tell the person the truth you will not get any business at all so you're holding people money you're telling them that they're able to get their merchandise at a certain time when you know for a fact that you guys have delays and getting your orders in I paid 799.99 dollars refund me my money please this is a ridiculous

Good Day
My name is *** I purchased a bedroom set almost 3 months ago from Home Decor Outlet in Pittsburgh Strip District in the amount of $986.00 I was told that it would take 2 to 8 weeks for delivery to the store so I waited the 8 weeks no furniture or communication from them I have been down to.the store 6 times and still no furniture the girl said she looked on the computer and it was showing that it is not even in stock and she does not know when I would get the furniture so I went back down there 2 weeks later to put in a request for a refund she said that the refund would take 30 days and it would come in the form of a check she also said that they get furniture in every week and I can come back and look to see if there were any other bedroom sets available that was already at the store so I went back twice and still no bedroom sets available she showed me a bedroom set on the computer that we $400 more dollars so I told her I was not willing to pay anymore money to them being that I already paid almost a thousand dollars and I have nothing to show for it she kept trying to give me the same number she gave me before to Home Decor Corporate but no1 ever answers the phone it says to text the number for a quick response well I been texting and not 1 response the guy at the store got on the computer after I had told them repeatedly that I have not had 1 text email or phone call about my purchase and he said that they missed a letter in my email and that's why I have not heard back from anyone which is BULL then he proceeded to read a letter that he said was sent out on May24th 2021 stating that I would not receive a refund I can have a store credit or pay a restocking fee out of my refund in which is ridiculous I told him why would I pay a stocking fee for furniture that I have been waiting almost 3 months for and if and when the furniture comes to the store that is not my problem if its just sitting I was suppose to have my furniture 4 weeks ago and they have no idea when its coming I have showed up down there several times and they keep going in circles these people are scamming and frauding a lot of people out of there money they knew that the time frame they gave for delivery was going to be several months after purchase and they also know that as soon as you make a purchase that you would not get your money back no matter what but no.of this info is given upon purchase they said that I had 10 days after the purchase to ask for a refund why would I ask for a refund within 10 days when they told me the wait was going to be at least 8 weeks that makes no type of sense I want my back all of it I just moved into a new place almost 3 months ago and I have no bedroom set SMH I AM VERY UPSET but I will not let them just keep my money and I am not playing games with them

Haven't recieved our merchandishe that was purchased almost four months ago Purchased a couch in early March
Haven't recieved our merchandishe that was purchased almost four months ago Purchased a couch in early March. We were told that they had a truck coming in the next week and we would get ours delivered. However due to the COVID 19 it was pushed back a few weeks. I understand that. However most states are back open and conducting business as it is almost July. Started calling every week since March and it is always a truck is coming in next week or call back in a few weeks and we will let you know. We did finance some of the purchase. Started getting collection calls from finance company for not paying. Thankful they stopped our automatic payments since we have yet to get the purchased item. I called a few min. ago and was told we have 9 ordered but we have no expected date. I am aware that nobody prepared for a shutdown but we have been back open for almost two months now. If the company wasn't making any furniture then the products shouldn't have been sold. I did away with my old furniture expecting to get my new furniture. I have five kids and we haven't had any living room furniture for almost 4 months. Not once have I been offered to come look at a different couch or we will sell you a different one for same price or heck even more money. Four months is too long to not get a couch. Nobody at store will even offer and apologies or information besides call back in two weeks or we will call whenever we get one. Is it to hard to call the warehouse and find out when these couches will be delivered.

I purchased a layaway in January and paid it in full December 18 and was told my furniture will be ready for pick up on February 14, 2022 . February 14, 2022 came and there was still no shipment. I was told by the *** that I could get a different set of beds but there would be a price difference. I then requested a refund and was told I couldn't receive one due to the policy. *** never stated anything about the policy until that moment when I requested my refund, *** then stated that he hasn't received anything from that particular vendor greater than a year. I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter of recouping my money in the amount of $610.30
I purchased furniture from this company at their location that was at ***. The location closed and I did not receive my money nor my furniture. I have called *** and even texted per the company's instructions on their recording and no one has gotten back to me. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and they have robbed me.
On July 12th I paid cash for a sofa an sectional
On July 12th I paid cash for a sofa an sectional. Today is August 20th. No furniture an no refund. I was told it's up to corporate to decide. I ordered a sectional an sofa from home decor in Buffalo on July 12th. I called, I texted at least once a week to get an update. Nothing but the same Covid 19 story. Ok today is August 20th. I went into the store to find out in person if or when that furniture any furniture the floor model or something was coming in or that I could take home. I told him I haven't had furniture in my home in over a month. Todaa as y a worker looked online to see when there next shipment would be an he said September 26th an he wasn't sure if my furniture would be on that delivery. They pay Ashley furniture an then Ashley delivers what they can. I'm frustrated with these stories an still nothing. Ok Today I asked for a refund with my receipt. He said I have to sign a piece of paper an home decor Corporate office will decide if I can get a refund or not. Wait... I'm confused. No furniture, an you don't know when or if my furniture will come in 72 days after I purchased it. No this is unacceptable. I need my money back so that I can go to another furniture store an order furniture I'm sure I'll get within 30 days or less. So now that I asked for a refund the person who actually took my money can't give it back. The guy I spoke with today says they have nothing to do with whether I get my money back or not. Corporate has to decide. Wow what a game they play with my money through Covid 19.

On 5/02 I visited the Home Decor Outlet in *** I PD $1035.49 for a *** I also pd on the same day *** for a matching ottoman. I was told it would take 4 months to receive these items from the manufacturer because of delays due to COVID I agreed to the 4 months thinking that I would have my furniture in 4 months. The 4 months past still no future. After making multiple calls & visits to the store I was finally told that the Ottoman came in but no ETA on the other items .Originally I didn't want to accept the ottoman without the other pieces but after waiting almost 5 months I decided to accept the ottoman hoping the other pieces would soon follow. The was a mistake 1st the legs was damaged however since they simply screwed off I toke the legs back to the store and they were replaced then after only having it for two months it's starting coming apart at the seems. I filed a claim with the corporate office and was told it was normal wear for an item that I only had for two months . Now I'm at about 8 months more calls more visits still no ETA and the only thing I'm being told is others are waiting on there items longer than me. At this point I'm done waiting and on 1/7/2022 I ask for my money for the *** and just toke a loss on the ottoman. I was told not only would they keep 10% of my money but also it would take 30 business days to get a check for 90% of my money .imagine a restocking fee for furniture that haven't been made. Anyway I waited 45 business days no check .I called the corporate office but all I got was a voice message to leave a message and someone would call me back .I did that several times and never received a call back . I called the store and now they have the same voice message system leave a message I went back to the store in person but still no resolution. I Just want my money back all of my money. It is now 3 months since a refund request was submitted to Home Decor but no ref
Brought a bed on 7/29. Paid full amount , in the amount of $1925. Told us we can pick up the furniture in 2-3 weeks. As of today, we still have received nothing. Have contacted various times though the months and was told it would be another 30 days or so. I was told the same thing two or three times, and now they dont even answer the phone. I went to the store on three different occasions and the doors are locked.
Ordered a furniture set in March. been waiting for a year, they have been giving the run around on my delivery dates for months. I received the bed in May but never received the 2 night stands, dressers and mirror. Eventually they stopped answering the phone and when I went down to the store, they were closed in the middle of the day. I then contacted corporate and it was a number to text, when I reached out they ignored my messages once again. Im just looking to see if I can get my furniture or a refund because my furniture set was paid in full
I purchased H3132373636353035H from this company in 4. They initially told me it would take two months for the H3132373636353035H to be shipped to me. I havent received the H3132373636353035H yet. They dont check in with me regarding delivery of the H3132373636353035H. I paid $1495.22. They have given different excuses. They told me *** didnt have the H3132373636353035H. I called *** and they told me they do have it. I contacted them on 4/20 and was told I just have to keep waiting.

Tuesday, September 21 South Kingshighway store, St. Louis, MO Purchased mattress/foundation set with mattress cover for almost $800. We told them, prior to purchasing that we were currently sleeping on an air mattress and needed something as soon as possible. We were told we would have to wait at least 2 weeks but no more than a month to get it. I called after 4 weeks, and the person I spoke to did not ask my name or anything. When he answered, I said "I'm calling to find out about my bed that I purchased?" And he proceeded to tell me that it was in Mississippi in a warehouse and it was stuck there because they weren't able to get a driver to pick it up yet. (Again, he didn't even know who he was speaking to.) I called a week later. (The 5th week) and a different person answered. I asked him the same thing I asked the other guy. He asked my name, and I gave it to him. Then he said "it's floating out in the ocean on a barge because no one wants to unload them. Haven't you been watching the news?" And when I asked for a refund, I was told "You can find a claim for a refund through corporate but by the time it finalizes you'll probably have your bed." I cannot find any number for corporate and the website doesn't work. I used to work for this company when they were Home Decor Liquidators. I have SEEN people receive refunds IN-STORE. I feel like they took advantage of us and now I'm out $800 and still on an air mattress. I'm starting to get back pain. The last time I called the store they did not answer.
Purchased $1800 worth of furniture from Home decor outlets in ***, *** on Feb 27, 2021. Was told our furniture would be delivered in a month. Contacted the *** and *** several times a month to find out status of furniture. No furniture. Filed a corporate refund request in Aug 2021 through local store. Tried to contact corporate multiple times. No one ever answered or returned our calls. As of today March 29, 2022 no furniture or refund. This company has scammed me out of $1800. Please help me resolve this issue.

I put H3132373636353035H in layaway. I paid it off in May. I didnt get the H3132373636353035H August. They wouldnt give me a definite date. When I received the H3132373636353035H, the dining room table was warped. I had only had the H3132373636353035H for five months. The store was not open. I just got in touch with them the beginning of March. I have a picture of the table. They were going to repair the table. (They dont sell dining room H3132373636353035H anymore.) I got a big runaround. *** said that it was wear and tear. How does that happen in five months? They provided a number for me to call them, but you cant get in touch with them; its a bogus number.

I bought a dresser, mirror, night stand, headboard, bed frame and a Presidential Englander Pillow Dream queen size mattress set from Home Decor
I bought a dresser, mirror, night stand, headboard, bed frame and a Presidential Englander Pillow Dream queen size mattress set from Home Decor on June 21. The mattress have a 10 year warranty on it which I had to file a claim on the mattress on August 21 because it has dipped/sink and sag real bad and the dip/sink sag gets deeper while lying on the mattress sleeping. I submitted all the required documents and pictures that Home Decor requested of the original receipt, box spring, entire surface of the mattress, entire bed frame (headboard, footboard, rails, slats, slat legs, etc.), the measurement of the dip/sink and sag in the mattress and entire serial number/manufacturer label attached to my mattress and foundation. My replacement claim was approved on August 26. I went to Home Decor on September 6 in ***, *** to pay the difference and pick up my mattress. After I paid the manager told me that my mattress wasn't there that they thought it was in the back, but he said it will be shipped to the store and arrive in two weeks. I contacted the store on September 20 I was told my mattress was in the store, but later I was told it wasn't. I have called the store and sent numerous emails requesting my mattress since September 20, but no one would return my calls or respond to my emails. I finally received an email from someone (they didn't have their name in the email they put Home Decor ***!) on October 21 stating "hopefully your mattress will be in next week." However, my mattress still hasn't come in. It has been 2 months since I was supposed to receive my mattress.

Order# SO1 ***/ Customer# *** AMOUNT OF PAYMENT #1 $800.00 FEBURARY 19/2022, AMOUNT OF PAYMENT #2. $25.00 MARCH 13, 2022. I put a living-room set in the layaway. They had one piece available and one piece already on order as I was told. The sales person stated the second piece would be delivered in 2 - 4 weeks. I called to see if the second piece had came in and I was told it had not and that I needed to come in and make a payment, which I did. I then asked do they have an update on the furniture and they had to call corporate office to get a delivery date which again was 2 - 4 weeks again. I just asked at this point if I could get my money back and they started I only had 10 days of putting it in layaway. Their website is misleading because it says after 6 months with no payments being made to the layaway account it becomes store credit. At the time I put it in layaway the 10 day money back was not explained and neither was the possibility of it becoming store credit. I just want my money back. I don't want to keep paying for something I don't have or possibly may not ever get and I don't want two different pieces of furniture in my living-room. I emailed *** at *** with no response and no success with the telephone numbers they have given me to call. I'm just getting the run around and the same answer as I can only get store credit. Please help!
April , I put a bed and mattress set in layaway. I was told all items were in stock.June , I went to pick up the furniture and they were missing the foot board to the bedroom set. I have paid them all but $49.00 and a year later they still do not have the foot board. The manager does not reply to me. They claim not to offer refunds. They have had my money for almost a year and I have no bed. I want my money back so I can buy the bed elsewhere, I do not trust this company.
On 11/19, that I Genterry *** (customer *** as assigned by the store and business in question), did purchase from Home Decor Outlets #*** [protected]) located at ***, a Pillow ***) and a *** Queen *** (supposedly a "boxspring",20-BSPECT50) at $432.32 and paid in full on this same date. I was told, by the female salesclerk, at that time, that I would receive these items in *** business days. I did not receive these items in this time period and having not been issued any updates from this company after a couple weeks, i went into the business, where i was told there was a delay in shipping to store, because of the COVID19 outbreak. After another month or so of not receiving any updates on the status of said items and having not received said items, I returned to this store for a refund. I was told by this time a male salesclerk, that I'd have to contact "corporate', which I did, by phone but, was made to leave a message instead (as no live person ever answered my many calls that day and later, nor did I ever receive a reply or any acknowledgement by this company or their corporate headquarters, concerning anything, to this date), nor have I received said items purchased or a refund for...to this date [protected]). Thus, I'm filing this complaint hoping to alert other possible buyers of the atrocious (and possible criminal) activities occurring at this location and with obtaining the B.B.B.'s helping hand in securing a complete refund of all money I've paid to this questionable company. My next stop is the courthouse. Thank You in advance!

On 11/19, I, Genterry, a customer of Home Decor, made a purchase.
On 11/19, I, Genterry, a customer of Home Decor Outlets [protected]), located at a disclosed address, purchased a Pillow and a Queen Boxspring (20-BSPECT50) for $432.32 and paid in full on the same date. I was informed by the salesclerk that the items would be delivered within a specified number of business days. However, I did not receive them within this period. After several weeks without updates, I visited the store and was informed of a shipping delay due to the COVID19 outbreak. Months passed without updates or receipt of the items, so I sought a refund. I was directed to contact corporate, but my calls went unanswered, and I received no reply or acknowledgment. As of [protected], I have not received the items or a refund. I am filing this complaint to warn others and seek the B.B.B.'s assistance in obtaining a full refund from this company. My next step is legal action. Thank you for your support.
Request $1200.19 refund for furniture not received
Request $1200.19 refund for furniture not received. On July 25th at 11:30 a.m. place layaway of a four piece set 5600 Austin chocolate piece At Home Decor Outlet located in Fairview Heights Illinois for $1,300.19 after taxes I put a $100 deposit down leaving my balance due $1,200.19 on March 21st at 12:30 p.m. I enter Home Decor Outlet in Fairview Heights the manager stated my layaway was cancel and he wasn't sure why because the layaway was still under a year old he then stated that he would have them to reactivate or reset my layaway leaving my balance do $1,200.19 the balance of $1,200.19 was paid with my debit card the manager requested my email address to send the new receipt once he have corporate to reactivate my layaway. later that evening the manager called stated that corporate will not reactivate my layaway and the price has went up I then requested my refund of $1,200.19 and he stated I could not get my money back I will have to take a credit and I could not get the furniture until I pay $169. I returned back to the store and spoke with the manager and asked him why he tell me my balance was $1,200.19 and now I have to pay the newer price? The manager stated he didn't know himself and he don't know why they cancel the layaway. I question the manager why he tell me to pay the $1200.19 and he didn't know if they were going to reset or reactivate my layaway. The manager then provided me with the corporate office phone number as stated they will be open the next business day he also stated that he would have his district manager to give me a call. I'm requesting my $1,200.19 for false pricing and no furniture received. The manager gave no indication that I will have to pay the north price or the it will be a problem to reactivate my layaway that's why he requested my email address to send the new receipt. Had I known that I had to pay more than $1,200.19 I will have took my business somewhere else he gave me a false price.

My husband and I paid for a dining room set at the Fairview Heights location on May 31
My husband and I paid for a dining room set at the Fairview Heights location on May 31. At the time we were told that there could be a delay on shipping of furniture because of Covid. We understood this and expected this because of reported issues across the country due to shutdowns, staff shortages, etc. So we inquired about anticipated timeframe and was told that it should arrive some time in August . Fast forward to September and we had not received any calls updating us on status of furniture arrival. Between September and December , we called multiple times trying to find out what was going. A couple of times we were able to finally reach someone and was told that the furniture still had not arrived. Eventually in December or January, my husband spoke to someone that told him that a portion of the set had arrived, but not the full set. Which would mean having a table and no chairs or having chairs and no table! That doesnt make sense. By February we were finally fed up with the whole ordeal and just wanted our money back so we could find a dining set elsewhere. We went to the store in person on February 14, 2022 and requested a refund to which we were told we could only get our payment minus a ten percent restocking fee. With no other option available we took the form and are now waiting for our partial refund that could take 30 days to arrive. In the end we are still waiting and on top of that we were penalized with a ten percent fee for restocking even though the product has never been in stock! I think this is totally ridiculous and we should be refunded the full amount that we had to pay in full upfront of $941.43. They never had to wait or call us for their money but we had to call numerous times and wait the entire time for a response, update, furniture and now our money! They stated that it was beyond their control due to Covid related issues. Well we have even less control so why should we carry the penalty!
On [protected] I purchased a bedroom set from Home Decor Outlets located in ***
On [protected] I purchased a bedroom set from Home Decor Outlets located in ***. The total cost was $866.44 (paid in cash) I was told there was a 4-6 week back order. On June 14, I called to follow-up and was told by *** (store manager) that the bedroom set was not available and it could be an additional 4-8 weeks. They had previously delivered bedrails (1 month prior). *** said they were the wrong rails and he would send someone to pick them up. The rails were picked up by an employee. Unbeknownst to me, I was accidentally given a "store credit" only for the rails. On *** I called to follow-up and was informed by *** that the bedroom set was discontinued and I had to make another purchase. I visited the store and found there was nothing else I liked so I asked for a refund. Although *** was very helpful, he tried to talk me out of getting a refund. He said there would be a restocking and it would be beneficial for me to just take a store credit or purchase something else. In August I purchased a mattress set. That left a balance of $428.82. However, *** explained that I would only get a refund (if it was approved) of $330 because the rails were keyed in as "store credit only" (a mistake made by an employee) On November 16, I officially filled out paper work to request a refund. I was told by *** this would take 30 business days and if approved by the corporate office I would get my check minus the restock fees they would charge. At this point, I had been dealing with this for months and I just wanted to leave there with something for the $866 cash I gave them 8 months prior. I called to follow-up in January and was told that it had not been approved at that time. I called *** in mid February and was told it would 30 - 55 business days to receive a refund. I asked if he could confirm that the refund had been approved. He said he didn't see why they would not refund me, but did not actually confirm. PLEASE HELP ME!
On 5/02, I spent $1035.49 at Home Decor Outlet for furniture and an ottoman.
On 5/02 I visited the Home Decor Outlet and paid $1035.49 for furniture. I also paid for a matching ottoman on the same day. I was told it would take 4 months to receive these items from the manufacturer because of delays due to COVID. I agreed to the 4 months, expecting to have my furniture in that time frame. The 4 months passed, still no furniture. After multiple calls and visits to the store, I was finally told that the Ottoman arrived but there was no ETA on the other items. Originally, I didn't want to accept the ottoman without the other pieces, but after waiting almost 5 months, I decided to accept the ottoman, hoping the other pieces would soon follow. That was a mistake; first, the legs were damaged. However, since they simply screwed off, I took the legs back to the store and they were replaced. Then, after only having it for two months, it started coming apart at the seams. I filed a claim with the corporate office and was told it was normal wear for an item that I only had for two months. Now, at about 8 months, more calls, more visits, still no ETA, and the only thing I'm being told is others are waiting for their items longer than me. At this point, I'm done waiting and on 1/7/2022, I asked for my money back for the furniture and just took a loss on the ottoman. I was told not only would they keep 10% of my money but also it would take 30 business days to get a check for the remaining 90%. Imagine a restocking fee for furniture that hasn't been made. Anyway, I waited 45 business days, no check. I called the corporate office but all I got was a voice message to leave a message and someone would call me back. I did that several times and never received a call back. I called the store and now they have the same voice message system. I went back to the store in person but still no resolution. I just want my money back, all of my money. It is now 3 months since a refund request was submitted to Home Decor but no refund.

The store will not correct their mistake by delivering an assembled dresser or by honoring their return policy
The store will not correct their mistake by delivering an assembled dresser or by honoring their return policy. On 8/16 I spent 20-30 minutes in the Pittsburgh, PA store with salesperson Solomon. I had several names of dressers for him to check online to determine if they could be delivered assembled to my daughtered in Erie, PA. After several attempts he found one and Ordered # SXX-XXXXXXXX was purchased and paid by debit card xxxx7355 in full ( $ 256.79 ) 239.99+16.80 tax, on 6/20. ( After this purchase I made a layaway order of another dresser and mirror in the amount of 534.99. The salesperson name on by receipt is Megan. Upon payment in full this item was delivered to my home with no problems ) On 9/28 I received a call from my daughter reporting that the dresser had arrived unassembled. From 9/28 to 10/13, I made several telephone calls to the Pittsburgh store speaking to Maegan/sales person and to Jada/store manager to have this dresser returned according to the store return policy. Maegan advised that the daughter return the dresser to the Pittsburgh store. Jada acknowledges a store error with solutions from: A. selection of an assembled dresser which they will deliver, pick up the unassembled dresser for a cost of $300. B. Have your daughter hire a handyman to assemble the dresser. On 10/5, 10/6 I called the headquarters at XXX-XXX-XXXXx *** left voicemail messages, emailed and texted per their website information, requesting assistance with the return of this dresser. They have not responded. On 10/13 I wrote a two page detailed letter to headquarters in Duluth, GA requesting a refund to my account. There has been no response. On 10/20 I went the Pittsburgh store since Jada hadn't returned my call from 10/13. She reported the store was not going to pick up the dresser, my daughter should hire a handyman to assemble the dresser for $40. She also reported hearing from Linda or Lindsey *** about the handwritten letter. I was given Miss *** direct *** I attempted to call the number which has a message to text XXX-XXX-XXXX. I left the store requesting a call from Ms *** as I previously requested in my letter.

The store employee allowed me to pay off my layaway balance of $700 knowing my items were discontinued
The store employee allowed me to pay off my layaway balance of $700 knowing my items were discontinued. Now the store does not want to refund my money I purchased a dining room set and the applicable server from the Home Decor Outlet store in Hazelwood Missouri. I paid off the furniture on March 2 since I officially moved to my new house. Apparently, my items were discontinued yet the store employee still allowed me to pay almost $700.00 to pay off my layaway account. The store employee never told me the items were discontinued before I paid. After the purchase was complete I asked him how long until the furniture arrives in the store, he told me he would ask the original sales person that opened the layaway. I responded "ok". I started to wait but the employee basically told me I was done "here". I proceeded to leave with my 2 toddlers assuming that sales person would follow up with me. I did not hear back from the sales person so I called the store on May 4. I explained why I was calling and an employee put me on hold but subsequently hung up on me. I immediately called back and she apologized. The original sales person got back on the line and informed me that my items were discontinued. He stated he tried to catch me in the parking lot but I find that hard to believe because I had 2 toddlers with me - it takes time to cross their dangerous parking lot, get the toddlers into their car seats and properly strap them down. Even if he really "missed me in the parking lot" he could have called me or emailed me. I asked about a refund and he stated he's not sure if that could be done. But your employee messed up and took almost $700.00 from me without informing me that my items were no longer available. I called corporate and the first person I spoke with told me they would get back to me in 14-21 business days which I told him is unacceptable. He then became very rude and nasty with me. I subsequently disconnected that call and called back and spoke with another rep. The second representative was so shocked of my experience that she kept repeating the story to me to confirm she had it right. Now I'm waiting on corporate to get back to me. I think everyone should know that this company has very shady business practices in all their store locations. My customer number is XX-XXXXXXXX. I am not sure of the original purchase date however their layaway is "for as long as you need it" per employees of the Hazelwood, MO location.

When I requested a refund for a sofa that was never delivered, the company refused to refund full amount
When I requested a refund for a sofa that was never delivered, the company refused to refund full amount. Now they will not respond to me at all. On July 27 of 2020 my fiancee and I bought a sofa for $438.71 at Home Decor Outlets for our apartment as were getting married in August. The manager said he did not have the model we purchased in stock but he was having a new shipment coming in and guaranteed I would have it in 3-8 weeks (although he felt certain it would be closer to 3 weeks). For over two months I heard nothing at all from the retailer and finally called them to check on the status of my order. They still had no update and could provide no expected delivery date. Finally in early October I began looking for a new sofa since the store still hadn't received the shipment with my sofa and had no idea when it would come. On October 15 I talked to the store manager and asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. I signed a refund request and he mailed it to the corporate headquarters and told me I would have my refund wishing 30 days. I heard nothing at all from Home Decor Outlets for over 30 days and never received a refund so on Dec 4 I contacted their customer service chat center and asked about it. They informed me that they had awarded me a store credit without my knowledge and had not planned to honor the refund request because it was outside of the return period. I explained that I wasn't making a return as I had waited three months and didn't receive my order at all or even have a delivery timeframe so I had purchased a different sofa. They finally told me they would refund me $372.90 as there would be 15% restocking fee. I told them that it felt unfair to charge a restocking fee for an item that the manger had assured me had never even shipped and I wanted a full refund. I told them if they would not provide a refund I would have to go to the BBC or seek other counsel about my rights in the situation. At this point I was informed by the customer service representative that once I mention legal counsel no one in the business can talk to me besides the legal team. They cut off the conversation and wouldn't return my request for a way to contact their legal team. Over the past three months I have made numerous attempts to find a way to contact their legal team but no contact info is available online and every attempt to call or message their customer service or HR to get a number or email address is ignored and not returned. No one in the company will talk to me or direct me to someone who will talk to me. It has been 8 months and I have received none of the money back for the sofa they failed to deliver to me and I continue to hit a brick wall when trying to communicate with them. At this point I would be willing to receive even a partial refund, I just need my money back because my wife and I are young and we can't just lose over $400. I don't know how to work with a company that refuses to talk to me at all or direct me to someone who can help me.

Home Decor will not respond to my warranty claim, calls, texts regarding issues with a damaged mattress purchased on August 23
Home Decor will not respond to my warranty claim, calls, texts regarding issues with a damaged mattress purchased on August 23. I purchased a queen size mattress from Home Decor Outlets on August 23. Prior to the purchase the sales representative assured me that if there were any issues with the mattress, the warranty claim that came with the purchase would cover the issue. Within 3 months after having the mattress and after experiencing ongoing muscle aches and pain throughout the night and early morning upon waking up, I noticed that the mattress was sinking and developing a dip in the middle of it. I immediately went to the store where I purchased the mattress to share my issue/concern. The store representative that I spoke with was very nonchalant and seemed unaware about what guidance I needed to address the issue. He responded that there was nothing the store could do. I went back to the a second time to explain that when I purchased the mattress I was assured that it came with a warranty. Besides, I had only had the matress a short while. At this time, the same store representative shared that I needed to submit a warranty claim online. On Dec.3, 2020, I tried to submit the warranty claim as directed. The firm provided for the warranty claim would not allow data to be saved. After several attempts, I submitted the required information in an email to the email address provided for the matress warranty claims. I tried to contact the warranty department by phone to get assistance. However, no phone numbers are available for such. After several days of no response from the submission of the warranty claim, I reached back out to the store where the mattress was purchased for the store manager. I spoke with the store manager and he shared that there was nothing he could do. He explained that due to COVID-19, there was a delay. I requested a contact number for headquarters. When calling the number for headquarters, a recording can only be reached. The phone recording gave directions to text a number for assistance with warranty claims. I have texted the number over 10 times asking for assistance to no avail. I have tried sending an email to the warranty department and constantly called and sent text message. The mattress is continuing to sink and my aches and pains from the mattress have increased significantly. The cost of the mattress was over$700 Please see the warranty claim information below. The information for your mattress warranty claim would not successfully save to the document provided on the website for mattress warranty claims. However, the required information for the claim is below. The required photos are attached. Advised to call back at 6:pm which I did spoke to Karheem informed they hadn't received merchandise at the Hazelwood store yet informed he would call me first thing in the morning once merchandise come in.on truck. As of today they did not call me back and to my knowledge they're still waiting for the truck. At this point I want a refund and to be compensated for my travel to the store only to be lied to and mislead.

Good Day
My name is *** I purchased a bedroom set almost 3 months ago from Home Decor Outlet in Pittsburgh Strip District in the amount of $986.00 I was told that it would take 2 to 8 weeks for delivery to the store so I waited the 8 weeks no furniture or communication from them I have been down to.the store 6 times and still no furniture the girl said she looked on the computer and it was showing that it is not even in stock and she does not know when I would get the furniture so I went back down there 2 weeks later to put in a request for a refund she said that the refund would take 30 days and it would come in the form of a check she also said that they get furniture in every week and I can come back and look to see if there were any other bedroom sets available that was already at the store so I went back twice and still no bedroom sets available she showed me a bedroom set on the computer that we $400 more dollars so I told her I was not willing to pay anymore money to them being that I already paid almost a thousand dollars and I have nothing to show for it she kept trying to give me the same number she gave me before to Home Decor Corporate but no1 ever answers the phone it says to text the number for a quick response well I been texting and not 1 response the guy at the store got on the computer after I had told them repeatedly that I have not had 1 text email or phone call about my purchase and he said that they missed a letter in my email and that's why I have not heard back from anyone which is BULL then he proceeded to read a letter that he said was sent out on May24th 2021 stating that I would not receive a refund I can have a store credit or pay a restocking fee out of my refund in which is ridiculous I told him why would I pay a stocking fee for furniture that I have been waiting almost 3 months for and if and when the furniture comes to the store that is not my problem if its just sitting I was suppose to have my furniture 4 weeks ago and they have no idea when its coming I have showed up down there several times and they keep going in circles these people are scamming and frauding a lot of people out of there money they knew that the time frame they gave for delivery was going to be several months after purchase and they also know that as soon as you make a purchase that you would not get your money back no matter what but no.of this info is given upon purchase they said that I had 10 days after the purchase to ask for a refund why would I ask for a refund within 10 days when they told me the wait was going to be at least 8 weeks that makes no type of sense I want my back all of it I just moved into a new place almost 3 months ago and I have no bedroom set SMH I AM VERY UPSET but I will not let them just keep my money and I am not playing games with them
I purchased a dinette set 5 piece form the Fairview Heights Illinois location March 24 I have been reaching out and I been trying to get a refund but they told me that I wasn't able to get one the young lady that sold me the dinette sets said it would take up to six weeks I was fine with that when I called the store I talked to the manager he told me that it would take longer and he had an attitude so he gave me the chairs to my dinette set but I still do not have the dining table or the bench I feel like it's unfair for me to have to wait all this time and not receive a refund and I tell me that I can get store credit I do not want store credit I just want my merchandise or my money back this is very sad it's june 8 and I still have not received anything if you guys know that it's a pandemic going on and you're not able to get anyone merchandise you should give them a refund and not hold anyone's money and you shouldn't tell anyone that something will be in at a certain time and you know that you're having problems getting the items in that is false advertisement if you tell the person the truth you will not get any business at all so you're holding people money you're telling them that they're able to get their merchandise at a certain time when you know for a fact that you guys have delays and getting your orders in I paid 799.99 dollars refund me my money please this is a ridiculous
