Holt Plumbing has helped me on many occasions with different problems (installing a washer box, fixing a water heater, and finding a leak) at a rental place. They've been quick to respond, fair in their pricing, and great at keeping me informed. Can't really ask for more!

I been usin Holt Plumbing Company LLC for years, but lately their work ain't been so good - they be chargin me for stuff they ain't even done, and then the boss (Rick) bein all rude and makin threats instead of fixin their shady billin ways.

Holt plumbing co. Set up 2 diffrent appointments 2 weeks in a row and completly lost the appointments on their computer ( or pen and paper) . I have to go to extreme measures to take a day off during the week to meet a plumber at the house. My wife and I are both very angry that Holt could be so incompitent and unprofessional. I will never call them again and will warn everyone I know in Nashville about this terrible and unneccessary experience.

that I refused to pay. I called the company to explain the situation and they were not helpful at all. They were rude and dismissive, refusing to listen to my side of the story. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Holt Plumbing Company. I will never use their services again and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

The Holt Plumbing repair person put in a new water heater that I bought, but they did a terrible job. After it was installed, the water was hot for a few days, but then it went back to being just warm. The wiring plate wasn't closed properly, and one of the supply lines was leaking. They made me pay three different fees: one for them to come out the first time and tell me there was a leak under the house and figure out what was needed for the water heater installation, another fee to come back and fix the leak (although I'm not sure if it was actually fixed), and a third fee for actually installing the water heater.

I've already spent over 1600 bucks just to unclog a simple drain, but it's still not fixed. They showed up 9 hours late for the water jet appointment. My bathroom got flooded not once, but twice! The helper didn't even know how to properly install a toilet - first the pressure line, then the wax seal. I had to run after them as they were leaving, and my driveway was still flooding! They even overcharged me for the camera fee ($495) because they didn't have the water jet with them. The toilet still won't flush, and the tub won't drain. When I called to complain and ask for them to take responsibility for their work, they wanted to schedule another trip for a whopping $1100 to try and fix what they should have done right the first time. Don't let yourself get ripped off like I did, find another place to take care of your plumbing needs.

Well, what a long story. At first, I was happy with this company. Then, I had them come to my home for a sink installation and they wanted me to drill the holes? So, I did... I overlooked this. Then, I had them come to install a garbage disposal and thought everything performed correctly. I was happy with this service or so I thought. Then, I had them come to repair a toilet which they fixed and left wobbly (ended up having to come back for the wobble). Then, out of nowhere, 1 year later after paying top dollar for the garbage disposal, come to find out, it had a leak due to incorrect installation. As everyone has, I have soaps under the sink, therefore I wasn't able to see this until cleaning it out. I called the manager of this company, as I was told to from their technician (who charged me $300 for 10 min roughly), and the manager told me too bad, so sad we escaped responsibility since it's been a year we can't help you. So, I have to pay for brand new cabinetry now. All in all, if you want to end up feeling like you should've completed the work yourself, feeling the work wasn't completed correctly, and have to fix your house and replace their "top of the line" products one year later, then use this company. Very disappointing for me. I suppose this company forgot they are here to serve their clients professionally.

I had a leakin shower faucet and I felt my water volume was low for havin 110 pounds of water pressure comin into my home. The first plumbing company to respond offered to replace all my water lines, sayin they were clogged, hopin to increase my water volume as well as replace a valve in my shower for well over $300. But they but would not do that work with out extensive and expensive other work out of sight under my home. (Red Flag!) That company sent two workers to fix a leakin faucet. They were tryin to get me to pay well over $3,200 for work... I only had a leakin faucet. I had to get a second opinion. Holt Plumbing came to my rescue, sent one man, not two, who years of experience, who had common sense (to a Proffessional) solutions for all my problems. Solution number one... replacin a cheap rubber gasket in the valve stopped the leak at the faucet. As to my second problem, a no brainer (for a professional) explanation to my loss of water volume given high water pressure... "because all my faucets have water savers". Take out the water savers and you get more volume... like ...Da? Now I understand, and not once did Holt Plumbing take advantage of my plumbing ignorance and upcharge me nor try to sell me somethin not needed to inflate my bill. People usually take time only to complain here. I want to take some time here to applaude Holt Plumbing and Mark, the gentleman plumber who came to my rescue. Good Job!

Our gas hot water heater wasn't working right. We called Holt Plumbing at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning and they said a tech would come between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. We called at 2:30 p.m. and again at 3:55 p.m. for an update. They said the tech would come between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. When 5:30 p.m. passed, we called again and they said we could reschedule for Monday or wait until around 8:00 p.m. When 8:00 p.m. passed, we called again and told them to cancel because it was too late and we had been waiting for 12 hours. Kevin, the night supervisor, called back and said the tech was on his way from Antioch and would arrive in 20-25 minutes. When the tech arrived, it was clear he didn't have much experience with our gas water heater problem. He checked the pilot and the burner, but didn't have any parts to fix it. When he called Kevin, I asked for an appointment with a more knowledgeable tech. They said one was scheduled for Saturday, but I would have to pay overtime. I said I'd rather have a Monday morning appointment. They said Monday was already booked. I told the tech I would contact the office on Monday to figure out how to fix the issue. While on hold, the Holt Plumbing recording talked about reliable service and skilled techs, but our experience was the opposite.
