Fraudulent Practices
HOLIDAYBREAKZ.com is a fraudulent company that lures customers with the promise of low-cost flights. Their tactics are deceptive and unethical, and they should be banned.
I made a reservation through them, and when I checked the status, it was listed as “on hold awaiting approval.” About 30 minutes later, I received a call from a representative named Diego, who claimed the flight had been overbooked. He offered me a different date and time instead. When I told him I only wanted the original flight I had booked, he said they could not reserve it but could offer me a “better deal” on another flight.
He also tried to pressure me, saying that booking with another company would cost me much more. When I told him to cancel my reservation, he refused, claiming the ticket was non-refundable.
They called me several more times with the same story.
Bottom line: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Desired outcome: Desired Outcome: Full refund of my payment, written confirmation of the cancellation, and assurance that the company will not contact me again.
