H&M review: Bad customer service

They delivered only half of my order, and the rest was returned because the shipping company claimed they could not find the address or read the building number. However, this explanation makes no sense since they were able to deliver the other half of the order to the exact same address. Customer service also stated that they have no control over their shipping companies. After wasting my time, the remaining items were simply returned.
