If you upload a document to this service as part of a background check, and you uploaded a document by accident, or did not redact sensitive information, they claim they have no way to remove or replace those documents.

This may violate State and Federal law.

Be very caution uploading anything to this company. Also, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative "Grace Shanu" hung up on me.

Claimed loss: Sensitive documents stored on their system pertaining to me that they refuse to remove.

Desired outcome: Removal of sensitive unredacted documents and a letter affirming this removal.
