Laura took over my account recently and after our first phone call I feel assured that if I need something I can go to her and she'll either have the answer or find it and get back to me promptly. I don't have a huge staff with tons of HR needs but she was super helpful in resolving things I had questions on, especially due to some of the recent pandemic issues.

She wanted to confirm our approach with her team and called us back within 15 minutes with a final plan. My firm signed up for Bambee about a year ago. Within the past month we were assigned to Laura, and she's probably our 3rd or 4th HR manager in a year. Previously Bambee had been mostly reactive and it was difficult to get the support we needed. Laura is a breath of fresh air. She helped us get organized for the year, reviewed our HR policies, recommended additional policies and shared best practices. I look forward to smoother sailing and more support with Laura.

We LOVE Lakeisha our rep. She is highly responsive, always professional but warm and understanding of employer and employee issues. As a small business owner, it is great to get HR updates and have someone we can speak to quickly on any issues. Lakeisha is amazing and has provided us with valuable information and updates and guided us through a maze of a few issues. It is so easy to schedule calls and she is ALWAYS on time, which is great when trying to run a busy small business. We highly recommend Bambee because of our interactions and help from Lakeisha.

I hold a master's degree in HR, and own a small business with both W-2 employees and 1099 folks. As a small business owner, the HR function is a collateral job for me that can be very busy at times. It's often hard to ensure everyone is on the same page with company policies. I have also been sued twice by bitter employees who were let go. The claims people make are outrageous. I chose Bambee since it is an easy to use platform with a dedicated HR person. My person is Catherine, and she is awesome. She helped me get policies in place quickly that I didn't have, and more importantly, get everyone to read, acknowledge and sign those policies. She is readily available and I communicate with her as needed and she is very responsive. It's very reassuring to have this type of support, even with my background. As state laws continue to change and COVID concerns still exist, having Bambee keeps me up to date and legally protected far more than before. Although I had a free trial, I knew immediately within the first 2 days that Bambee was the right fit for my small business of about 30 people. My employees appreciate the platform as well, since it signals to them that I take HR matters seriously and it gives them an avenue to connect with Catherine if they have HR-related questions themselves. I highly recommend Bambee.

To Whom It May Concern,

I set up a business account with Bambee in August. Per the company's representatives, their website, and their ads, they are a monthly service with no contracts and the ability to cancel at any time. When paying for my first month via phone, Mrs. Rodriguez advised that since I had 0 employees, she would give me a discount if I prepaid for the year. She advised that I could cancel at any time, and they would return the unused funds. If I loved the service, then they would prorate the fee for the additional employees beyond four.

Our business model has changed, and we will only use 1099 contractors. I contacted Bambee by email to cancel my account and refund the remaining months I will not use. They are refusing to refund my money. I am being told that there were no 'special notes' on my account, entitling me to my prepayment back.

After several emails, I called Bambee's number and spoke to Annette, who identified herself as the Manager of Customer Success. She advised that since I did not cancel my membership within 30 days, they are entitled to keep a full year of payments. This makes no sense because there is no contract to cancel. Thinking she did not understand my request, I advised her that although Bambee has not provided me with anything, I am only requesting my prepayment be returned.

She then told me that Bambee created a litany of policies for my company. I advised her that THEY did NOT "create" anything for my company. I have not had any discussions about exactly what I need for my organization. I advised her that I have not reviewed or approved any policies. She was instant that I log into their portal, which I will not do! She also went on to say they completed an audit on my company. There was NO audit. We are a brand new company and did not have any HR policies or documents created. Also, I have not approved any policies or policy drafts. All Bambee has given me are 2 IRS forms attached to a follow-up email from Megan, the HR manager. Annette went on to start naming off sexual harassment and other general policies. Again, I did not approve any policies, nor were they discussed with me as we would also have our provisions for harassment, time-off, etc.

This service is marketed and presented as month by month, no-contract service. How Bambee can keep my money is shocking. K.Rodriguez never disclosed anything about a 30-day termination. How is a no-contract service under a contract with no contract being provided? I was lied to and taken advantage of.

Beware that this is NOT a no contract, month to month service as advertised. Per Annette, if you want to cancel your service, you must do so within 30 days.
