Higher Balance Institute Privacy / harassment / bullying etc

Im posting this because I want other people to be aware about this cult that takes advantage of gullible people by brainwashing them.

They are fake spiritual people and they are definitely not trying to help anyone. They take advantage of people by selling fake spiritual material. They also other people for their own benefit to build themselves up.

I asked for my personal information to be deleted and instead they send out my emails to these other cult members and keep posting things online that was regarding the emails I sent them. Ignore ignore is what I've been trying to do like a year ago but they act like they have nothing better to do in their lives but to continue to post these nasty things online.

Some of them act like [censored]s btw and this is a very unprofessional company.

Higher Balance Institute behind the red curtain

Advertised on Facebook as the first step in finding enlightenment for only $5.00 US. I received my password and link to their site and my first two classes were there. The first was an almost two hour talk by the leader, while 4 other persons sat and listened and nodded. Nothing was taught, but many references were made to other courses that he assumed we had all already taken (con to buy more courses).

The 2nd chapter was shorter, and although given more examples of classes that we haden't paid for or taken, we did learn how to breath (sort of, breath in through nose, then breath out ?). Then we were told how to turn down the lights and focus half way between us and a wall or object some feet away. Concentrate on the little dots we see. This second video then finished with a picture of thousands of dots, that when fully trained, we could probably see an alternate plain or world.

There were two or three free items given to us, and one was a series of three audio tapes for meditation. Of course they are free, because I have previously downloaded similar audios from free sites.

All in all, I would have received a much more enlightening experience buying a frappe at Starbucks. These guys should be banned from advertising on Facebook, and I will try to report them.

Higher Balance Institute Withholding my refund

Higher Balance Institute - www.higherbalance.com

I ordered a meditation CD package after reviewing their information online and talking to a representative via phone. I returned the product within a month. They have a 365-day return policy. It has been over one month and I still have not received my refund of $81.00. I filed a complaint with the BBB which they forwarded to them for a response. BBB says that they are not a member and has not responded to the complaint.

I should have never ordered this product because the website says you can make three payments, but when you try to do so it took the full payment anyway. I had to call them to straighten this out. They did refund my money within 6 days. They had there product back but still deducted another payment from my account. Then they told me that it takes a full 30 days to refund your money even though they have their product back. They never explained the "process" that takes so long for a full refund.

By the way, the product does NOT do what it claims to do in helping quiet your mind and put you in a meditative state. That's why I returned it in the first place!

I got in this group deep years ago, I am appreciative of some of the aspects. I really did get my eyes opened up to a world that I never knew existed. When they say you will have experiences, you will and that part they were extremely good at. Although I am grateful, there are things about this group that just sadden me. Where they are extremely lacking at is helping those with bad trauma and ancestrial trauma. Their surrender program didn't help me at all. So basically their main theme in the first stage is saying f u to the body mind and shutting it up. For some this is harder than others but it is essential. My issues started when I was getting into higher frequencies yet the program wasn't good enough to help me release the dark crap within. I have seen videos of people where I believe this also happened from this group. Like their darkness instead of getting released, got so angry that it was strengthened and pulled to the front. Anyway, they trap you with the awesome experiences. You get addicted to it. Here is my thing, eventually I got in this downward spiral where my ego turned on me. I was technically just trying to figure this stuff out, I wanted to figure out how to better my life. Everything felt like a struggle. Well there came this stage when everything and I mean everything felt like hell, I felt controlled and manipulated by outside forces and damage was done that I still am fighting from this situation that was years ago now. See a teacher has to take responsibility and take the stages that the student needs. They sent me super advanced things first to get me to be driven to get there, it sounded so neat. But I tell you, when [censored] hits the fan, these so called teachers are just students trying to pay for their program and expand their masters ideals. These people are super quick to turn their backs on you when you need them and if you find yourself getting attacked because their programs are attracting darkness well you're on your own. I think my first clue was when I realized that they would put things supposedly on sale but they would say it was 30% off while they raise it 30% off from the month before and then it's actually the same price... Honestly I think He's one of those people that have something wrong with him which allows him to be like an awakened person without the need to do what a normal person needs to do to be in that place. The biggest thing I want to say is this man is powerful, that is not a lie he can do some [censored]. Those who I have seen that I would call actually enlightened have a certain humbleness to them. He does but only when it's time to play... The biggest issue I have now is this group has a cruel to be kind philosophy thinking it's ok to [censored] up your life to teach you lessons because their version of enlightenment is all that matters and if you can't do it their way then there is something wrong with you. Well I fell, I received some nasty lessons that I am still working on yet I have become way stronger and have found teachers along this path that are perfect for me and perfect for dealing with the anger and darkness within. But here is the thing, I would probably be ten times happier and farther in my journey if I had not gone through this groups supposed lessons. I have to fight this fear now of being loved by god, of being disrespected, of being wronged by someone supposedly designed to help me awaken. So eric said once that the only true evil is that which does things to stand in the way of your awakening, in that case I say congrats hbi... I am fully aware also that is also my ego talking and making excuses what I'm truly saying is thanks for the damn belief system it caused that I have to fight through and the disgusting programming I inherited from those days.

I find it very interesting how easily some of these "supposed" facts can be refuted. First off lets start with the claim. If the OP Is unhappy iwth his purchase, I certainly hope he did receive his refund. However I am curious how he contacted the BBB. The BBB does have a record with Higher Balance Institute and they have been a member for 15 years. (Verified through BBB) Secondly, people always complain about money being taken and not received on through internet transactions. According to the US federal Trade commission, the regulator of internet commerce tracking services, many transactions do not go through. In fact, when they check the facts regarding complaints of this manner, 92.7% (Statistic provided by FCC fraud division), the transaction was never processed/received by the purchaser's bank. So if a transaction hasn't occurred, how can fraud happen? Lastly as mentioned above, to call someone a child molester is very misleading, the facts of the case present a very different record (all public record and verifiable). he was charged of having sexual relations with a 17 year old when he was 18. In fact he was never convicted but acquitted of those charges. Please keep in mind not to believe everything you hear or read. heck even our own government and media have been caught lying to us many, many times over the last year. As with most situations, people and companies seem to have a bias and agenda with what they report and say.

Actually the charges were not of sexual assault of a child. It was claims that Eric Pepin had a sexual relationship when he was 18 years old with a 17 year old, in a state where both consenting individuals must be older than 18.

Meanwhile other states the age of consent is 14 and 16. In those states there would have been no case. In the end the accuser came out after Eric Pepin was aquitted and stated that he was in fact 18 not 17, so no laws were broken

Higher balance institute is run by a cult leader who faced allegations of sexual abuse of a child. They charge between $400-$1200 for six CD's, they start off with lower prices and indoctrinate the listener into their cult, charging higher and higher prices to listen to Master Eric Pepin ramble on about his magical powers.

A dangerous man, a dangerous cult with dangerous people protecting them. Avoid at all costs.

On the contrary, I found Higher Balance to be of great help in quieting the mind and putting me in a meditative state. When dealing with an issue, it is best to talk to a representative to see how you can improve your results. For one thing, it does take effort to get in a meditative state and anyone that sells a product that claims to bring you into a meditative state effortlessly is fibbing. However, Higher Balance's method of meditating does bring meditators in a meditative state faster than ancient methods. If you think that sitting down and listening to the meditation music alone is going to get you into a meditative state, you will be disappointed. There's nothing like it.
