An employee of Hershey was driving in our community in Texas in a company vehicle. She crossed a solid white line, cutting off my son and hitting the front right corner of his car. She lied to police at scene of accident and now Hersheys is taking no responsibility and, worse still, is trying to make my son pay for damage to the company car when she totaled his car. Dispicable behavior by a corporation to steal from a child. Worse when you’re a candy company. Make it right!

Claimed loss: Totaled vehicle and now claim against my son for cost of repair to company car that caused accident.

Desired outcome: Inform insurance company you’re responsible and pay us the cost of the lost vehicle.
