These guys are crooks. They always jack up the prices for repairs to make more money and don't do anything right when it comes to taking care of your property. The Macon DA should investigate them for criminal activity.

about the poor maintenance of this property. The realty company doesn't seem to care about their tenants and only cares about collecting rent. The walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The parking lot is always full and it's hard to find a spot. Overall, I would not recommend renting from Heritage Realty. They need to step up their game and take care of their properties and tenants.

I wish I could give 0 stars! They have no integrity as a company and they are slum lords! There property on *** Street was infested with mice! They had gotten in through the air ducts and we didn't notice until we moved in. They even had to send out their workers to rectify the situation. Their was no resolve! The mice had eating through the ac system, we had no ac for almost 2 months on the 3rd month I vacated the premises! They now have this on my credit report at a $3,000 price tag. I had to move at no fault of my own. They have records stating all of the issues that were going on! I will NEVER suggest anyone to rent from them! David is extremely rude might I add!

I've been renting from Heritage Realty for almost 7 years now on a month-to-month basis, but I'm disappointed with how things have gone downhill. I think we're both to blame here because of the new and strange world we're living in. Some people don't understand the severity of the C-19 virus and what it can do to someone with a compromised health condition like me. I'm on SSDI, not SSI, and I've been ordered to stay at home. One of the employees threatened to put me on the street back in 2014 when I first started renting from them. All I want is some carpet, which I think is a reasonable request or accommodation. Instead, I'm walking on concrete floors because the AC flooded my place and the toilets overflowed twice. The employee worked for the board and knows how they feel about sewage backup, especially now with C-19. That's where it was first found in the sewage.

I'm a respiratory therapist with 25 years of experience, and I see a speech pathologist at ***. That's about the only place I can go, but it costs $1200 a month, and I have to drive to *** for a new *** every month because of C-19. If they had given me a chance after 6 years, I wouldn't have complained about the 80-100 lbs of limb that fell on my truck and caused $5768.00 worth of damage. Thanks to *** for doing good body work on it, but my insurance went up. I never complained about that, but I am now because of the sewage I walked around in without knowing. When I found out, I had to clean it up, and I got ringworm all over my arms and legs. To top it off, I got *** from a cut on my leg while trying to clean the crap up. It's all documented, so they should back off on the back rent and late fees and get the rest of the apartment laid with wood flooring. Oh, and the dryer needed fixing, and I had to do it myself with help from *** over the phone. I told them what was happening, but they did nothing. Now is the time because *** is in town, and they're taking private complaints.

hey, so i gotta say i'm pretty disappointed with Heritage Realty. our heat ain't workin and we got a lil baby in the house. they said they'd bring us some heaters but it's been a minute and still nothin. they said maybe tomorrow but they're like right down the street so i don't see why it's takin so long. it's cold as heck in here today. not cool, Heritage Realty.

I was tryna rent from Heritage Realty but they played me. At first they said I was good to go cuz I ain't never been evicted, but then they hit me up the next day talkin bout I got denied. They didn't even tell me why, just said my app got denied. I asked the dude if he could give me a reason and he straight up said no. I ain't got 50 bucks to waste like that, and if I knew I had an eviction I wouldn't even bother tryna rent. I felt hella disrespected cuz they wouldn't even tell me why I got denied.

My famly has been livin here for almost 5 years. Wen we moved in we didnt realize what exactly we were gettin into. Not only does our refridgerator/freezer keep shuttin down or havin porblems but it takes Heritage realty MONTHS to even reach out about resolvin the issue. We have requested a NEW refridgerator multiple times and havent been denied, but IGNORED! All of the carpetin in our house is comin up and we have realized that it was never secured to begin with. My children literally trip and fall because the carpet is raised. The tile in our kitchen is complete trash. It moves and a few pieces are actually gone now. Our ceiling in our master bathroom is also peelin from water damage done by a leaky roof that was fixed. Theres mold growin in there as well which my 4 year old son is HIGHLY allergic to. This house is literally fallin apart and the owner is too cheap to look into gettin the job done. I am requestin wood floors be put in because of my sons allergies and a new refridgerator. Not too much to ask for a loyal tenant.
