HerbsPro

On 5/12/20 ordered two Pretty Hands and Feet bottles from HerbsPro. Product arrived on 5/19/20 wrapped in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box. Upon opening the box, discovered that one bottle had leaked cream onto the bubble warp and inside of the box. The top of the bottle was loose. Immediately sent HerbsPro and email stating the problem along with pictures of bubble warp, top of bottle and inside of the box that showed the company logo printed on the outside. On 5/21/20 received email from HersbPro asking for pictures of the leak. Replied that same day with email stating we had already sent them pictures. Again we included pictures. On 5/25/20 received an email from HersbPro again requesting pictures. Responded to this email with details of purchase and shipping. On 5/26/20 sent an email to Tanu, who has been identified as manager, that we were tired of the runaround and that we would be sending complaint to BBB and California Attorney General. Have not yet done so. Approximately one half ounce of the 3 ounce container leaked out. HerbsPro has made NO effort to resolve this. We're looking for a refund.
